Gutter cleaning. Scott checked the gutters around my house and they were not dirty. I think the price he charged me was too much for the work he did not have to do.

"As a sole proprietor, I have overhead costs to cover. I'm sorry you felt the price is too high, but I need to cover the cost of travel, vehicle usage, insurance for the truck and business. Perhaps addressing the concern would have been better served by addressing it while I was presenting you with the bill"
