The first 3 times that I used them all went very well.  A few things were missed when they came right after Thanksgiving this past year, but I figured they would do those few things when they returned before Christmas.  However, there were some miscommunications and things were not completed in the last visit and some things were left undone.  The owner was very apologetic and offered to come out personally and finish up.  This did not fit in with my schedule, and I already did one of the big things that was missed.  So, she took something off the bill to make up for the problems.

A team of four (usually, sometimes only three) arrives at the time arranged by their manager, usually 10:45 am. They wear booties over their shoes. The kitchen cleaner wipes cabinet faces, counters, stovetop and sink. Then the floor is cleaned by hand.  The bathroom cleaner cleans tile in the shower, tub & faucet, toilet, sink & faucets, mirror and counter tops. Then that floor is cleaned by hand. The duster dusts all rooms, including pictures and knickknacks (by hand with a paintbrush), other teammembers who finish ahead help the duster complete the dusting. The vacuumer does corners up high for cobwebs, furniture and cushions, and carpets, including stairs. My entryway is cleaned as well.  My only caution is that month to month some teams have been less thorough than others. They always leave their names, and can be called back to rectify anything not done properly.

They’re good with my animals.  Scheduling appointments is wonderful.  They are very thorough.  One time they had missed some cabinets in the kitchen and the owner, Joanne, came back and cleaned them herself.  I trust her with anything.  They are good about communicating with me about timelines. It’s a little more expensive than others but worth it.
