Contractor came to give estimate. I have called 4 times to discuss it and he has not returned my call. I'm thinking the job is too small or he just doesn't need the business.

The project was unsatisfactory as it is not finished yet and I can't get them to return calls to make appointment to finish.

We contacted this company to provide us with an estimate for repairing a sink hole in the parking lot. One of the brothers came out and said another brother needs to take a look. 2 weeks later the older brother comes to our home at 7:00am to provide me with an estimate-no advance warning of his vist. We made some changes and he told me he would drop off the estimate by the end of the week. 2 weeks later, along with 4 unreturned phone calls, we never recevied any estimate. I assume this contracter got behind in his work or just lost interest in our project. Either way, it would have been professional of them to notify me and follow up. At this point, I would not hire them as they seem very unreliable-and we did not even give them our money!
