Thank you for your review and presenting your concerns. I wanted to take some time to specifically address this issue. The deal you purchased was for a $49 heating system tune-up. This is discounted from our normal $143 pricing for gas-fired and heat pump units. Through our correspondence, you stated that your system was oil-fired which according to the details of the deal would incur some additional charges. Our normal price for performing a tune-up on an oil-fired system is $229 and we offered to perform the tune-up for an additional $86 or total out-of-pocket cost of $135. Maintaining an oil-fired system requires more time and also includes replacing some parts including the fuel filter, nozzle and strainer on the unit. This is the basis for the difference in price. I’m sorry that you do not feel that this merited additional charges but we thank you for your interest in our services.
