The entire process worked as it was supposed to with no surprises. The pricing was as quoted and the installation crew did a nice clean job. The pricing also included removal and disposal of the old garage door.

They were very responsive on the phone and arrived when they said they would. Excellent to work with from the start. He was done in minutes on the first trip out and the garage doors were sounding and working great. He explained what he had done and that he could do the same to the third but that it was the most used door (it was) and that it would need to be replaced within a year or two so he gave me the option of servicing it or replacing it. I chose to have it replaced. He came back exactly when he said he would and the bill I received in the mail was exactly what he said it would be. I'm not even sure if he charged me for the routine maintenance? This was actually the second time I used the company. Having never had garage doors, I couldn't figure out how to program the openers and needed a couple new ones. (Laugh away but I couldn't figure it out.) I called them and they explained they could send someone out and charge me for a service call or I could drive to them and they could sell me the openers for a few bucks and show me how to program them myself. I drove out there, they charged me a few bucks, explained it to me in simple terms, and I was on my way. I'd highly recommend them to anybody.

Nask removed two old single doors, tracks, etc., hauled them away, and installed 2 new Wayne Dalton steel carriage-style garage doors. The new doors took about 3 weeks to arrive when we gave the down payment on the order.
Both of our electric door openers were in good shape so Danny (installer) hooked them up to the new doors. Joe Nask and Danny were professional and thoroughly competent. And the price I received from them was significantly lower than other quotes I had received for the same door. Nask is a large company in West Chester, always busy and does a lot of work for the major home builders in the area as well as commercial work. I found them easy to deal with and the doors look great and work perfectly. I can see how they might not always be the quickest to respond (due to their workload), but if you work with them, you will get a great installation at a great price.

At this [point, I would rather buy a whole new garage door than deal with them.

The worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. My garage opening is slightly not square, so I needed someone to install a door that could accommodate a two inch drop from one side of the opening to the other. Nash Door came out and measured the opening and said that they could do the job. But when they installed the door four weeks later, the door did not fit the opening! Even with a thick rubber strip at the bottom, there was a large gap on one side running several feet. I insisted that the installer not leave without fixing the gap, but he left anyway. They came back once to try and fix it, but because it was raining, the work wasn't done. They never came back or contacted me after that. No apologies, no nothing!

To summarize, they measured the opening for the door, took my deposit of $680, installed a door that didn't fit, and left.

We chose Nask as they could provide the color green we desired as a stock item. They were able to provide good quality insulated doors to fit our custom openings. Work was quick and efficient.

However, one year later I started having problems with the iDrive openers from the other company and they have been a problem ever since. I have had to call Nask to come out to fix a door once every 6-12 months and recently in July 2008. Part of the problem was with the manufacturing company, which Nask no longer recommends. But regardless, the customer service at Nask is extremely poor, and it is hard to get someone to call you back. If you deal with them, you should expect to be calling them repeatedly to verify that they are coming out or to see if an order is in yet. When they do come out to evaluate a problem, they generally don't have the parts on hand and they don't follow up on the call to give you options. It's a real struggle to deal with them. Please do yourself a favor and go with another company. Don't be overly optimistic like myself and expect things to change. I joined this list today to find another company. It went well. They sent me an estimate without my needing to be present. Then we sent a check for half the amount and they scheduled the job. The tech came out and installed it. He did a good job and was friendly.

Nask replaced a broken spring in our automatic garage door. They did a great job, called back in time, came at the time announced and did the repair to our full satisfaction within 20 minutes. They gave us additional advice how to maintain the function of the doors.

I WAS HAPPY WITH WORK. THEY CAME ON TIME AND INSTALLED TWO GARAGE DOORS IN ONE DAY.
