Woke up Sunday morning to a cold house. Called Morevent, they returned call quickly. Said a technician would be out that afternoon, due to extremely icy roads. Technician arrived exactly when scheduled. Looked at furnace had to return to their service facility to get a diagnostic tool. Got tool and returned.  Technician determined that blower motor needed to be replaced. Said the cost of the motor could be in excess of $1,000. Couldn't get the part on a Sunday, but they would be in contact in the next morning. 9:10 AM received a call, they had the part and would arrive between 10 and 12. 10:10 service technician arrived, said he had the part and it was covered under service contract / warranty. Ended up costing me nothing out of pocket. Technican was out the door in 45 minutes. All in all I could not ask for a better service experience.

They did a fantastic job but they did have to come back out again to fix it again. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up and getting things back to normal. They responded very quickly. They got the job done over 2 weeks since they had to come back out. The workers were very polite and very friendly and they also put booties over their feet and they were very professional.

They are professional as far as what I have talked with them about. I did end up cancelling my service agreement with them. I also wanted them to replace my water heater one time but the price they quoted me was way too high. They kept telling me that my water heater needed to be replaced but my tenants would tell me that it was fine. I got the feeling that they were always trying to hustle me. I felt they were extremely expensive.

They never called us back for 3 weeks after looking at our our A/C and heating system. We they did come they just tried to sell us on a new system and we never heard from them after that. We would never work with them again. We were under contract with them for 2 years prior.

They are good. We have a service contract with them for our furnace. We also one time got a quote from them for a water heater and they were higher than other bids we received. We have been happy with their responsiveness. The technicians have all been extremely nice and professional. They do try to sell you on a lot of things that may not be necessary, but overall they are pretty good.

The do a great job and they have been doing work for us for about 8-10 years. We are very happy with them. We have a maintenance contract with them on our furnace. They come out right away when you need them. The technicians are always very polite, on-time, and they put booties on their feet so they don track stuff around the house.

I have been a customer of Morevent since June 2010. For a monthly fee they perform annual maintenance check on my HVAC,
as well as responding to calls if I need service. The maintenance call usually lasts approx 2-3 hours. My system receives a thorough
cleaning and parts are are replaced if needed. My current HVAC system is TRANE and is 14 years old. In fact it was the system in-
stalled by the builder back in 2000. Great system, have experienced no major problems. My next scheduled maintenance will occur on 9/30/2014.

They made me join a membership with them, or else it would be much more money. The way they explained it to me on how they were going to fix it on the phone definitely didn't happen when they came out. When they came the first time, they didn't clean it the right way. He was very unprofessional, said I couldn't call the boss. He wasn't doing anything he said he was going to do. By my standards it didn't match my expectations.

As a benefit to the client, we do provide a discount on the initial service call when they join a membership. This is always at the clients discretion. Our company policy towards our membership program is simple, the client is never locked into an annual contract. They may cancel at any time. Obviously it is never in our best interest to entice a client to join our plan because of our cancellation policy. Again, the client may choose to either join the membership program if they would like all the benefits that come with the plan or not join the program if it is not a benefit for them. In regards to your comment of "how they were going to fix it on the phone definitely didn't happen when they came out". You responded to our tune up offer of a $99 AC tune up with up to 2lbs of Freon included in the service. Upon arrival, our technician discovered that your system was not running properly. Upon reviewing your invoice, our company not only provided you a $99 AC Tune up, we also installed up to 2lbs of Freon at no additional charge. Yes you paid for additional Freon due to your system being approximately 6 lbs. undercharged as per the manufacturer specification plate on your machine. Our technician performed a refrigerant leak search at this time with inconclusive results. Also our technician repaired your condensate drain line at no additional charge. In regards to the comment "I couldn't call the boss". You spoke directly to Brian, who is our technicians immediate supervisor and our Service Manager. Due to your concerns, Brian scheduled a senior technician to come back to your home and repair the drain line to your satisfaction at no additional charge. We then sent our senior technician back to your home a 2nd time as per your request and reconfigured the drain line which you where originally satisfied with (approximately 1 month after our senior technician's 1st visit). While he was there, he reviewed the operation of the system and discovered that the system was not properly operating. He found the refrigerant leak and repaired it, installed the freon required per manufacturers specifications. He performed this service at no charge to you. Also he provided you with a recommendation to get the system to perform as per manufacturer specifications. As evident, our company prides itself on customer satisfaction and our guarantee is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied we will redo the repair until you are at no cost to you. In addition, we guarantee our work for a period of 2 years from the original date of service and have honored our guarantee on 2 separate occasions as per our company standards. Our AC Unit had stopped working during one of the hottest weeks this summer. I called and they had a service rep come right out. The rep was very polite and worked pretty quickly. He had the part that we needed so I didn't have to wait for it to be ordered and shipped. Our air was on later that day and it has worked fine ever since. I will deff use them in the future.

I think we were in a position where we needed to get a heater and I was happy with them with the warranty that we got, with the price rolled in to what I expected to pay. We were very happy. I'll be the first to tell you that I am a real stickler for customer service and I am so pleased to report that our experience with Morevent has restored my faith that it does still exist. From the call to the office to schedule the service and installation to dealing with the professionals at our home, we couldn't be more pleased. George, our service technician, was also one of our installation technicians is a real gem in particular. He's professional, knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated. The install of our new Hvac system was a real bear. The system was installed in our attic, which is more crawl space than attic, so it was very difficult for him and his install partner Roger to maneuver themselves and the equipment. The total install took 14 hours, which included removing the old system, installing the new and replacing the condensers outside. Yes, it was a long, long, day, and the techs ran into several road blocks, but patience and professionalism were both maintained and they even put up with me checking on them because it was so warm that day, which made it downright hot in the attic.

When we decided to get the new system, we met with a comfort consultant, Dan, at our home. He provided a tremendous amount of information, including a lot of technical information, for various systems. He also included prices, rebates and efficiency. Dan also measured each room to make sure that whatever we installed would be the most efficient. . It's important for me to point out that there was no pressure in his presentation. We didn't feel like we had to make a decision that night, which we didn't, but we felt armed with good, thorough information in order to make an informed decision.

All in and it has been a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

I signed up for their $89 spring tune-up special on my 5 yr old Lennox a/c system.   It was my first experience with this company.  Technician James was very polite, professional, answered all my questions.  Appeared to be very thorough in checking out my system.  Went the extra mile to help level the outdoor unit where the pad it was resting on had sunk slightly along one edge.
I feel the advertised services included with the tune-up were somewhat misleading.  The write-up included "replacement of air filter", which apparently means if you have a new filter already on hand, they will put it in for you.  My current filter was dirty, and I was told that a new one would be an extra $156 (somewhat less if I joined their service plan).   Also included was to "apply protective coating to outdoor equipment". If there is such a coating, it is not readily visible on the outside of the unit or by looking down into the inside of the unit, and would have to have been applied right over the dirty surface.   I neglected to ask about it before the technician left.
So, I think this is a good company-- just ask questions ahead of time and be sure you know exactly what's really included and what isn't and review every point before the technician leaves (which I will do the next time).

I would definitely recommend them. I use them consistently. I liked their promptness, they wore boots when they come in, they provided me a quote, and they ran into some issues, but they stuck to their quote, they didn't charge me more.
