Joe contacted me the same day as my inquiry. Job scheduled same day/done same day.

Just do not. Came at night. Took one look at the fireplace and said, he could not fix it. Insulted my husband. And yet, still put his hand out for $85. Oh, and we had to put the fireplace back together.

Within (5) minutes of submitting my Home Advisor request on a Sunday Joe contacted me about coming out to my House later in the Day to fix my Fireplace. He definitely knew his craft related to fixing Fireplaces. My gas Log Set was almost (25) years old and Joe was able to get the Unit to function a lot better - but not 100% at no fault to Joe. It will run for a period of time and then just shut off on its own. Joe recommended not to replace the faulty Gas Valve and purchase a new Unit. At this time I will leave it running as is and before next Winter replace the Unit. I respect that Joe was honest to me to not spend any more money for him to fix this Fireplace any more.

Mr. O'Neill did a great job. He was very knowledgeable. The fireplace was repaired after replacing the pilot and switch. Thought his first fee of $350 was on the high side. Upon his return to replace the pilot, his fee was $215. (I purchased the pilot which was $70.) So, the whole job cost me $635.

Joe personally called me back within 5 minutes and was at my house to do the job in less than 2 hours. Was able to troubleshoot and repair my older outdated fireplace in less than an hour. He really seems to know his stuff.
