Without issue during heat wave 9-5-2018

Fantastic! I called around 5:00 on a Friday night. Within two hours John began working on fixing it. They charge a reasonable service fee ($89), and it was not doubled because of it being a weekend and immediate service. If you use them to do the repairs, that $89 goes towards the cost of repairing the a/c. John identified the problems (there were a number of them) and said he would be back the next day to do repairs (he needed to get some parts). He explained exactly what was wrong with the unit and did not try to sell me a new unit or to upgrade. Unit was up and running in less than 24 hour from when I made initial phone call.I cannot say enough about this locally owned company.

Sean gives you an honest assessment of what you need, he's not out to upsell you on equipment or services. My home is 20 years old so I knew I would need to consider an HVAC system soon. For the past 3 or 4 years when I've had a problem I would think 'this is it!' But Sean said only minor repairs were needed. When I finally had a major issue with the heater (during a brutal cold snap), it was time for a new unit and he, wisely, recommended doing the A/C at the same time since it was only a matter of time before that would be needed (and I could save on installation costs). He was absolutely right and got me heat right away. Amazing response time and service. He also recommended a new smart thermostat which I absolutely LOVE. It is so easy to use and the phone app is simple also. I used to have a service contract with one of the big companies in the area who promise prompt service in their ads. I don't consider 8 days during a heat wave with no A/C to be prompt. I'm thrilled to be a customer of Home HVAC. You'll get honest service and great response time.

Very well. I was skeptical at first because the guy seemed too good to be true. Two other companies that I considered were somewhat higher in price and didn't offer me any options or suggestions... just gave me a price and left. Shawn suggested a different approach and I felt like he cared about my situation. Took the time to explain my options and what the pros/cons of each choice were. He even called my wife weeks later to check to make sure we didn't have any questions and to see how were making out. Pretty cool.
