"I am unable to go into the specifics of our day to day expenses, but I can tell you that because you are a customer with DDM Energy, you do get to take advantage of the benefits we have to offer as a full service company. Our uniformed, licensed, Service Technicians are available 24 hours a day, including Holidays, in case of any emergencies and insured for your protection, so you can have that peace of mind. Since we are an automatic fill company, it takes the burden off you having to watch your tank because we deliver oil as needed. We offer flexible payment options, like our Budget Plan, which allows you to spread your payments over a 12 month period. Although a 30 day notice was given prior to the contract expiring, in good faith, we offered to apply a concession for the last delivery, which was declined."
I signed up for their 1000 gallon price cap. The sales woman assured me that if the price of oil went down they would charge me the market price. when I had oil delivered on 12/22 they charged me the capped price which was 95 cents over market. When I called to complain, the customer service manager said I signed the contract and they weren't obligated to lower the price. He than asked me what he could do to help us. When I said I wanted to be released from the contract, he hung up on me. I also had a yearly boiler tune-up in November. The technician arrived as scheduled and completed the tune-up, but failed to complete all of the steps detailed by the manufacturer. One month later I had to replace an expansion tank, and the plumber told me that it had been bad for a long time and that the DDM tech should have noted that. A "F" review is too high for DDM. They don't monitor reviews and don't care about their customers but it helps to let others know to stay away from DDM.
