Seth was great to work with as was his assistant, Michael. Seth addressed all my concerns. I would definitely hire Carpet Hero again.

Very pleasant people but they had truck problems before they got here so they were late and then the cleaning machinery seemed to shut down and they had to spend time out in the truck instead of cleaning. When they got things working they seemed to be in a hurry to finish and leave. We had to point out spots we had shown them before they started and have them retreat. A large area was left under a chair which they had moved. I had to get out a small hand steamer and treat the spot. The rinse water from my cleaning was as dirty as if they had never been here. I think that if they got their equipment in better shape and slowed down a little they could be a 5 star company. Since my review Seth has contacted me to satisfy my complaints and has been most professional. His equipment problems are being addressed and I feel confident in recommending this young entrepreneur in the future.

Guys were very polite and hard working. I appreciated that they cleaned the rug in the front hall for free. The equipment blew a fuse but they fixed it without a problem. Also called to say they would be a little late

I was very happy they came back 2 clean up a couple spots that look dirty, they did a good job cleaning them, and they are very friendly too! I would definitely recommend them.

Plesant to deal with. Arrived on time. Used a rotary cleaner that seems to have roughed up my long shag carpet a bit... never seen that kind of tool used before.

Seth Brower is an unbelievable hard worker. We had carpets cleaned, plus, 2 sofas and a chair. He also does hardwood floors which will be our next project, by Seth!! Thank you for your help, we are very pleased!

They removed some very heavy stains in our carpet. I questioned that the stains would come out of the carpet. Overall, the carpet looks great. We will use them again.

Wow!!! I don t know where to begin! Seth made my carpets look brand new again! He got every stain out. I really couldn t believe my eyes!!!! Do yourself a favor and take a chance on this great company!!!! Oh,by the way, the price was literally 1/3 of what I was quoted from Stanley Steemer!!! Plus, Seth s carpet cleaning machine is much more powerful than the machine Stanley Steemer uses!!! It s a no brainer in my book. I already have Carpet Hero scheduled to come back and give all my tiled areas a deep cleaning. Thank you Carpet Hero!!!!!

I was quoted $150 by company and they said that the price would not change. Ended up paying $218. Carpet in upstairs hallway looked great immediately after but the next day when dry it looked dirtier than before.

We recently purchased a new home and the carpet was not dirty it was filthy!! Seth did a fantastic job!! He got out stains that I thought would never come out. I would recommend him hands down. No need to call anyone else. Go with him.
