Since 1993, BP Spa Repair has serviced all makes and models of spas and hot tubs in West Chester and its surrounding communities. We do not sell spas, so our focus is on keeping your spa running like new to maximize your investment and enhance your spa experience. Husband-and-wife team, Bert and Sam (Sandra) Marks are dedicated to providing personalized service, prompt response, as well as access to the industry's latest products. We are long-standing members of the spa industry's largest trade organization, APSP (Association of Pool & Spa Professionals), as well as it's local chapter, NESPA (Northeast Spa & Pool Association). This allows us to keep up-to-date on all issues that can affect you, the spa owner.

Bert quickly demonstrated his long experience and high level of professionalism in diagnosing and repairing our spa. At one point, he talked about repairing one of the faulty components as opposed to simple replacement, as most technicians would perform. His consideration of such a repair indicates his tremendous expertise in contrast with others, along with his desire to save the customer hard-earned money if possible. Bert also provided me some pointers regarding simplifying my regimen of spa maintenance. Bert of BP Spa Repair provided a level of service that I am confident is unmatched in metro Philly.

We had been using a spa repairman recommended by the national center for our spa brand, but we were in a never-ending cycle of things not working and just throwing money at the hot tub.  BP Spa came out and fixed the tub, drained it and cleaned it.  It works beautifully, and I can now count on them to come out routinely for maintenance.  Also, I am ordering my products from them.  We were hooked into the marketing of the membership and bulk purchases with discounts, yada, yada.  Much happier with our local vendor.

Bert is extremely professional and knowledgeable.  He showed up when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem with our leaking hot tub.  He took 2 pumps out and was able to repair one, the other was too far gone.  He brought them back, installed them and came back later in the day after the hot tub was full to test everything.  We just bought the house, so he walked us through the operation of the hot tub and made sure everything else was working.  Couldn't be happier with his service and I'd highly recommend him.

My spa is an older model and we had trouble getting parts to fit precisely. Bert persevered and came back several times until the right combination of parts fixed the problem. The spa is filled and heating and I'm looking forward to being able to use it again. I would definitely use BP spa Repairs again and recommend Bert. In fact, I also ordered an ozonator.

They're very good. They did a great job. He was very honest. He gave me the pros and cons because it is an older hot tub as to whether it was worth fixing or replacing. He was prompt. He showed up when he said he was going to. I felt that his price was fair.

I own a Thermaspa.  I have used BP in the past to fix a leak in the tub and their service wasvery good.  I had Thermospa out to fix my heater on the spa.  $800.00 later i had no heater and no pump working.  BP came out figured out the problem and restored my spa to functioning status at a very reasonable cost.  Much less than what Tspas wanted to come back and fix theri mistakes.  I am very satisified with BP's service.

When I called, I was given an appointment time. The service man came at the appropriate time and communicated well with us. He ordered some parts, and came back when he said and repaired the leak. He did so professionally and without any fuss. An excellent service experience.

The first time he came out he didn't even charge us for the trip, but instead told us we would pay him the service call plus the parts when he returned. He would take my phone calls even in the evening time and actually returned my calls with an answer within the hour. This man knows his spas and is an excellent asset to know if you have a spa or hot tub.
