Description of Work: I received a call the day I submitted my issue of a leaky washing machine. Mr Beckson called asking my Serial number of washer so he could bring the piece he thought would fix the leak. He came out the following day with the part (he was correct with diagnosis), fixed the washer and haven't had leaking since.

Description of Work: My dishwasher had been leaking onto the kitchen floor for weeks. Called Dennis Beckson and he returned my call and came to my house the same day. He investigated and found that the dishwasher door was wobbly, which he traced to some loose screws. He tightened the screws and tested the machine and all was well! Just in case of any further problems, he made note of the model number in case he would need to order parts in the future. VERY professional and although I wish I had determined the easy fix myself, I am happy that the machine is problem-free now. While he was in my kitchen, I asked him to investigate a problem with one of the burners on my cooktop, which he did, and the price charged includes that additional work. I am very pleased to recommend this provider's work.

Description of Work: Left four messages over the period of week and never heard back from them. Not sure if they are still in business, if they are, it's not acceptable to not even reply once.

Description of Work: My dishwasher did not operate for the third time in the last few months. Mr Beckson came in a worked with the electronics. He then said he thought the main motor could possibly be burned out; and if the work he did didn't solve the problem, I would have to buy a new dishwasher. Because I had an appointment away from the house, we did not have a chance to see whether the work he did solved my problem. When I ran that night, it worked perfectly! It has continued to work flawlessly ever since!
