She helped us find a terrific house well outside her usual search area, while managing our crazy schedule, and even helping us tote our newborn twins to more than a few showings.

She takes care of her parts within hours. There is no irregularity too small, no hiccup too minor -- she tracks them down and irons them out. When our seller had title issues, she helped them and their agent find a solution.
