EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THEM WAS OVER THE PHONE WHICH WAS WONDERFUL. THE STAFF WAS VERY POLITE AND KIND AND VERY RESPONSIVE. I HAD TO PAY THE MONTHLY FEE UP FRONT WHICH AT FIRST I WAS A LITTLE WEARY ABOUT, BUT AFTER 5 MONTHS OF USING THEM, I COULDN'T SEE WHY I WOULD USE SOMEONE ELSE. I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO LEAVE THE WASTE IN A TRASH BAG IN MY TRASH CAN OR DRIVEWAY, BUT THEY REMOVED IT FROM MY PROPERTY WHICH I LOVE. I ACTUALLY THOUGHT THEY DIDN'T COME OUT SO I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME THEY TOOK IT WITH THEM. WELL, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DO WITH IT, BUT I AM VERY HAPPY. I USED TWO OTHER COMPANIES BEFORE, THEY LEAVE IT IN MY DRIVEWAY UNTIL TRASH DAY COMES AROUND I HAVE TO PUT IT OUT AND THEY CHARGE THE SAME AMOUNT AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ME SET ON A REG SCHEDULE THEY JUST CAME WHEN THEY PLEASED. I RECOMMEND POOP E DOO FOR ANYONE WITH DOGS.
