On 10/31/11, my computer would not start. I called the company who made it and they said that the problem was probably the power supply and they tried to sell me a new computer. I called Ordonio Technology Group the same day and they came and picked up my computer the next morning and returned it the same evening. They replaced the power supply and also removed the viruses that had been slowing down my computer. The last time I took my computer to one of the big stores, they had it for two weeks! In mid November, I gave Ordonio Technology 4 VHS tapes and asked them to put the on a DVD with a label. They completed the work in 3 days.
