I would give them a very good score on their helpfulness on that. The cost and all of that was assumed within the cost of the total job, so I didn't pay GSI separately.

We worked with one particular person at GSI BATH SHOWPLACE, Jacki. She was really knowledgable in products and so forth that we were looking at for our project. She is very knowledgable about toilets and things that you wouldn't expect someone at that age to be. They were very good. The cabinet that we ordered from them was damaged in the process of shipping. They offered us a fair adjustment in the price to compensate for the damage which is not significant. They were fair about that. We are definitely going back to them for another something else I want to do.
