Super-professional and easy. Guys come, pick up and deliver your nice clean rug about a week later. Price very fair.

The rug looks beautiful. They did a good job, they have been in business for 100 years, and they are celebrating their anniversary. I ended up getting them, because they are nearby, and I knew that they would pick up and deliver.

My rugs look fabulous and I am glad that I had them deodorized. I saved money by taking the rugs to Albeds myself. They delivered the rugs to my home so I only had to pay one way delivery charge.

I have purchased rugs fm them before, but I had not had them do any cleaning or repairing of carpets. They quoted me a price, with and without mothproofing, picked up the rugs, and returned them in a timely fashion. They looked brighter and the rugs were repaired as requested. The delivery men were knowledgeable: 'Miss, this rug is dry rotted, it will fall apart if we clean it; don't send it.'

My family has been dealing with Albed for over 30 years and they are totally professional. They give you the best service possible at the best price. They picked up my mother's rugs from her retirement home at Philadelphia, cleaned them, and repaired them. During the repair, there were some issues in terms of the dye, and they redid it at their expense to make it perfect and then they shipped it out to Los Angeles at a reasonable price. They are top people with top quality.
