He didn't show up when he said he would, i called him and he came right over, 45 minutes later. He told my husband the job was too small for him, and that my husband could do it. This is why i called a contractor b/c my husband didn't have time to do it. After my husband was deployeed with the military i called him again to see if he would do the work with no return of my phone call.

Excellent service. I could not have asked for a better person to deal with than Mr Swartz and he was always available to talk when we called. We had wind damage to our roof and it was handled on an emergency basis. His crew and the work that they performed was extremely professional. Quality of workmanship was fantastic. I am a person who is not easy to please, but I must say they have a very satisfied customer in me. I would highly recommend them.

"I find it amazing how a so called church man can screw over several different contractors like winehart, the concrete contractor and like myself as you breeched the contract and then wait 4 years and then get on and post a review. People like you just need to pay your bill it must be nice to have all the additional work done on your home and then stiff the contractors its people like you that make our job hard to help the honest customers."

Will update this report at the finish of the job. The estimate is $6800 for our roof seems like a fair and good price. So far, good experience.

Tony gave us an estimate for the work to be done. He and his crew came to work as planned and added additional work as the need was found. He used excellent materials and in a knowledgeable manner. He had answers to problems that came up. His crew was polite and hard working. When another contractor didn't come to replace the front porch and stairs, Tony and his crew did an excellent job preforming the work as well.
