Description of Work: My mother is selling her estate, which contains valuable railroadiana clocks, and numerous antiques. The auction representative came as scheduled, cursorily looked at a highly organized display of items to be sold, and left, telling us that we would hear from him in three to four days. It has been weeks, and we have not heard from him. As a lawyer accustomed to dealing with clients who are in any degree of stress, I find this auctioneer's behavior to have been highly unprofessional.

ON OCCASION I WILL ALSO HAVE THEM AUCTION THE ACTUAL HOUSE INSTEAD OF GOING THROUGH THE WHOLE LISTING AND SHOWING PROCESS. I ALSO USE THEIR APPRAISAL SERVICES TO VALUE ANTIQUES FOR ESTATE OR INSURANCE PURPOSES. THEY ARE LOCATED IN WASHINGTON BUT I HAVE USED THEM IN PITTSBURGH AND OTHER OUTLYING COUNTIES.
