They are very good. They are expensive but they are the best around in my estimation. They seem to hire good guys. Their men tend to stay with them company for years at a time. They are knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. I have been impressed with them. They put in a new AC unit and thermostat the year before we moved in. When we went to turn on the heat in the winter it did not come on. We called them and they sent out a guy who worked for two hours and they did not charge us anything. They really stand by there guarantees and their work.

It was good. They came out promptly and took care of the problem. Everything was done well.

Well. Service was available even though other plumbers couldn't get out.

He was very nice, very cordial and I have nothing bad to say. The experience was fine, there were no problems. The system they were trying to sell still has some kinks in it and I was looking for a different system.

They came out and did a good job on it. I thought that their price is a bit high but I had a coupon of $50 so the price was reduced. It was under warranty for two or three months and they said that if I call them for any problem they wouldn't charge me anything for the call. They came out within an hour. I had other companies come in and they had to shop for the things that were needed but they didn't waste any time at all. They cleaned up after themselves. My son was repairing something underneath and took out all the parts. He came back, put all the parts together and didn't charge me anything.

The previous owners of our home recommended this company to us. They are very customer-oriented. They are dependable and very knowledgeable with their line of work. We consistently get coupons for sales they are offering. I feel their price is high, but I also believe in their work and I believe they will stand behind it. We will use this company again in the future.

It was a tough pipe fit but they managed to still do a good job. I was still satisfied with their services even though I felt the price was a little high.

They fixed the floor where they broke into to get to the pipe.

On Saturday morning, I called several companies to compare "emergency service" costs. I selected Bruno Plumbing & Heating because they were up to half the cost charged by the others (including ones on Angie's List). The repairman arrived within two hours, 1) went right to work checking out the furnace, 2) found the problem (an ice-clogged air intake), 3) identified a part that might fail soon but didn't need to be replaced right away, 4) told me a couple of things to do to trouble-shoot if the furnace should give problems again that would either get the furnace going or, if I had to call them, would give them information that would help them diagnose the problem so that they might bring the correct part and make repair time shorter (and less money). I would call this company again for any repairs or maintenance.
