We had our basement waterproofed by Baker's. It's been bone-dry since. We did have one piece of equipment fail within a month of the installation, but it was a third party dehumidifier that was just a dud I guess, no fault of Baker's. I texted the project manager about it on a Sunday. I expected a response the following week. He got back to me within the hour. The equipment was removed and replaced within a couple days. Everything great since. I would highly recommend Baker's, but specifically our project manager Nathan Goddard and the head guy on site Daylan. Can't remember his last name, but he's got a long beard and did a great job. Thanks to both of them and the rest of the guys.

The gentlemen (Daylan, Nick and Mike) that competed the work were terrific. They kept me well informed and did an excellent job. They found the source of leak that was different than what I originally thought and explained the issue to my plumber. They left the area cleaned and removed all debris. I would highly recommend them. They explained how the sump pump worked as well as the backup battery and what I should do if there was an issue. The gentleman (Bob Massaro) that explained the services that I needed, and price did an excellent job showing me the areas of issues, and how the Baker's would fix the issues. He answered all my questions and was available. Since we ran into an unexpected issue, he came to my house during the work, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Baker's Waterproofing.

Baker's did an excellent job on my interior gutter installation. The salesman was knowledgeable and very polite, and then the work crew, led by Charles, made the job neat and tidy ahead of schedule. My basement was cleaner than I had left it when they were done. The foreman was particularly great at making sure I had what I needed, and even when the electrician failed to complete the necessary work to get the pumps running, he provided extra materials to make sure I wouldn't get flooded in the coming storm. This company really has my best interests in mind.

Josh and Demetrius and their crew did a great job. They were very communicative on the process throughout and then the follow-up afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. Very professional. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs this type of work done.

Marquese, Brian, and Sean arrived at 0900 and after initial explanations and paper work immediately proceeded get to work on my basement problem. These men jack hammered 75' of cement, hand carried the rubble out , installed a vapor barrier, drainage system, sump pumps, and a drainage field in the yard. They are professional, courteous, and polite. They even tolerated me being "nebby", answering all my questions, explained the warranty and anything else they thought I needed to know about the installation. Guys, you crushed it, thanks!

From my initial call to Bakers to set up an evaluation to completion of project was professional & went smoothly. Everyone I had contact with was knowledgeable, courteous & extremely helpful. Alex was the field inspector & did a great job looking over my home , & explaining & educating reasons for water intrusion & recommending a solution . (He DID NOT try to oversell me anything or use scare tactics as was my experience with another company ) I felt the price was reasonable & I was confident in my decision choosing Bakers for the project. Communication was outstanding- scheduling was in a reasonable time frame that accommodated my schedule . Installation went smoothly & I was highly impressed by the crew . Marquese (foreman ) & crew Brian & Gregg worked extremely hard for the 2 days they were there. They were considerate of my home - worked well together & got the job done well. …..every thing was covered up & clean up exceeded my expectations. They were very courteous ……knowledgeable ( I asked lots of questions) & professional- & hard working …I was kept informed on every area of the project from start to finish & had a good explanation of the system . I appreciated that at the beginning & end of the project there was communication & they wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the job before payment . Daylan and Nick are a great team. They called ahead to let me know their ETA and kept me apprised of their progress each step of the way. They are professional and hard working. My basement was not the easiest set-up and they were able to adjust the plan, always getting my approval, along the way. Bakers waterproofing has multiple options to finance the work, making this necessary work easier to get completed.

Bakers waterproofing was great. We had a lot of humidity accumulating in a crawl space beneath our kitchen. They were quick to come out and assess the situation. Andrew Suttmiller worked with us to find a solution that worked for our budget. On the day of install Tysean Lacks and Geovanni Medina worked their butts off to make sure everything was done in one day.

Great work done by great people. The team was professional and friendly. Colson, Norm and Antwan did great work and even fixed a burst pipe I had that was completely unrelated to the job they were there to do. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We had taken care of the items at our church that we had to do like removing everything from the walls. We received a reminder text several days before scheduled work and again closer to start date. Brock called to give estimated time of arrival each day. Brock, Rich, and Travis were super professional. Communication was great as they kept us informed of the process as they went along. They also set up expectations upon arrival. We had started covering some important items before they arrived, but they covered contents with plastic before beginning the work. They alerted us to any potential problems before beginning the process. Job took a little over 2 1/2 days. We had a wrap up discussion at the end of each day. The guys worked well together and did not stand around. They did the job they came to do.

Colson, Chacar, and Norm were absolutely awesome! Not only was the work impeccable, but they were efficient and left the worksite spotless. From the moment they knocked on the door until the project was done they were courteous, willing to explain the process and share progress, answered any questions we had, and were just an awesome group of guys to have around; it was awesome meeting them. I cannot believe how relieved I am. I could not have chosen a better company. The salesman, Kris Weaver, was so kind and patient, explaining EVERYTHING. The crew that came to do the repairs - Norm, Jonathan R., and Brock were hard working, didn't waste time, explained processes and cleaned up thoroughly. Had I known that I would be so pleased, I would have called Baker's long ago.

Robert Massaro Came out and inspected my basement. I had some Water coming in from the outside to my basement. Robert came out, was very kind and presentable. He took the time to explain what was causing the water to get in and explain how and what options I had to fix the issue he was never rushed to get in and get out. He took the time to educate me and how things work. He broke down the cost of each thing they had to do An offer different kinds of options to pay for the work. He offered great financial options that are available if unable to pay upfront the cost. I thought the price for the work I needed was reasonable and wanted to agree to the work After he was done, explaining everything and giving The total price. I am married, so I need to make sure the wife is good with everything So we can proceed which I’m sure she will. But overall Five Stars to Robert.

They put a French drain in our basement. 1 worker dropped a baggie with couple roaches and small amount of pot in it. My grandkids or dogs could have gotten it. They acted like. No big deal. They did this a year ago. Supposed to come back after a year to inspect it. They are very non accommodating, as far as doing that. And to this day have not been back to check it.

They worked fast and got everything done quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

Crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, were professional, and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Great job Colson, Norm, and Riley.

David came out for the inspection and checked the garage for stability along with the driveway. Garage was fine. Mark, Tyree and Hayden leveled and stabilized the driveway along with the front door stoop and steps. They also did the needed concrete repair and caulking. All were pleasant, professional and friendly and all issues with the front stoop and driveway have been eliminated. Good job. Thanks.
