Sanpietro Construction

The professional was supposed to level out my foundation and repair it but all he did was pour the concrete. He claimed that he was going to put in expansion boards but he did not. The professional will not come out and look at this crack as a result of his work. For $1,600 I expected a better job.

He took on a small job that larger contractors refused. They gave double the estimate and when told his said"Iit was too high." Maybe it was but he was prompt, polite and the work was completed on time and it looked good.

Frank finished the job on Saturday and we have already recommended him to several other people. Frank works until the job is done and the customer is completely satisfied. We are very happy with the work he did on our home.

Sanpietro construction and his crew was very professional and friendly. The job was done on time and he kept the client well informed on the progress of the job. They cleaned up the yard when finished and even moved some of the excess excavated soil to another spot in my yard that was unlevel. I would definatly hire Frank and his crew again!
