Initial contact and termite inspection was very good. Tech indicated that I could expect to receive the inspection report in a couple of days as there were no problems. Issue I had was that the pro forma inspection report, which I need for a Refi, took over a week (via email) to receive and only after calling them several times to inquire when I could expect the report. I was disappointed in the back end service.

"We are very sorry your experience was not up to your expectation. We received inspection report from tech on the 7th of Sept.and it was emailed 9/12. It does not normally take that long but it was a crazy week coming back from Holiday. I am sure we would not disappoint given another chance."

The tech that came to my house was great. He was very nice explained everything he was doing, made sure I was comfortable with the fact that nothing he was doing would hurt my pets. He was very thorough. And I have hired them to do a termite treatment ( I hadn't done this for a very long time.) I am very pleased and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Although there was a mix-up originally which caused the technician to be late, the owner quickly responded to the situation, apologized, and offered me a discount for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service...you can tell the owner cares about his work and reputation. We had gotten another quote from another business and Newtown was cheaper. I would use them again.
