They arrived on time.
Price was comparable to other estimates we received.
The solution used had an extremely foul odor. So foul that our neighbors complained. The truck with the tanks smelled terrible. Not a bleach smell, more like rank, fetid, long-standing water or what wet cloth would smell like if left to get mildewed.
They made no effort to protect surrounding shrubs and trees from coming in contact with the solution. Several shrubs were damaged to the point that they later died off. A tree that was saturated never recovered, and come this Spring it had to be cut down just last week.
When they left that day a thick residue of the solution left a coating on the driveway. A coating that reeked of the foul odor. The whole exterior of our house smelled terrible.
The roof still had dark patches that were not cleaned, as did several areas of siding.
We contacted them about the areas that were still not clean, the reeking residue in the driveway and especially about the noxious odor. They came back and gave no explanation for the odor other than to say "it must have been too strong a mix that day." They redid the areas on the roof and siding that required it. We requested that they hose down the driveway. That only helped minimally since the solution had baked into the driveway surface. It took several weeks for the smell to finally fade.
Ironically, a landscaper, upon hearing our story, confirmed he had another client who had used this company and had problems.

I was most interested in the house and the shed and the price was great- $250 for the house and $50 for the shed. I actually sat on the estimate for a week and then called on a Monday for an appointment. Thursday worked best for me and they schedule a 2pm time. They arrived at 1:45 and finished in 1 hour. Afterwards they emailed me before and after pictures of my house and shed. I couldn't believe that both were white and not a seafoam green! They were very personable and professional and their work speaks for itself. I highly recommend and my only complaint is that I did not have them work on my house a year ago!

They covered all of my flower beds to keep them safe. When they were finished they took me around to show me the work and asked if I was satisfied with the job. Rolling Suds did a great job very efficiently; the outside of the house looked renewed and clean once again.
I will definitely use them again.

When cleaning the deck did not protect shrubs around the deck and harmed some of the plants causing some plants to get damaged. The worst was when they cleaned the chimney the bleach spray went all over and completely damaged plant behind fence.
If I was aware that they would not provide some kind of protection to the plants before the work was performed I would probably not have hired them to do the work.
