Able came out and assessed the water damage from the leak. They read my insurance claim, took pictures of the area and explained what the insurance company would be willing to do and help. Able went above and beyond to make sure this leak was completely taken care of.
With the help of Able, I didn't have to wait long (10 days) for the check to come from the insurance company to cover all the damages. I would recommend Ray and Able Public Adjusters.

"Thank you (Member name removed) but I believe your insurance company advised you to get an estimate of damages to send to them by mail. They would have tried to settle over the phone. After Able got involved, we insisted they come out and inspect the damage in our presence so we could point out all the details that needed to be repaired as well as a list of contents that were damaged and in need of replacement, not cleaning. We believe you made out a lot better with our experienced adjusters working for you rather then depending on the carrier to decide what should be fixed. Went great. Quick turnaround on claim. Reasonable fees of just 25% of settlement amount.
Ray was prompt and professional, and very detailed. He has a good rapport with the insurance companies and is well respected. The claims adjuster from my insurance company even commented how thorough Ray was and how he made her job easier by detailing everything in a format that was easy for them to use.
He made sure we got maximum recovery so that it more than covered his fee.

Professional and personal represetation of our claim. Fees are very reasonable and as compared to others. No empty promises and up front about what a likely settlement would be but worked to get us the maximum settlement. Would hire Ray again and would recommend him to others.
