They were very good. Neat, careful and put cover on their shoes. I have no complaint about the work. They were very efficient

We have had Erhlich Pest Control for 10 years. Late winter, we had a rescue cat in our house. We were getting bite on our backs every night. We thought perhaps it was a bedbug, not fleas because the bites were solely on our trunks. We set up bedbug traps, even flea traps. Nothing in the traps our in our beds. We were embarrassed, but we called Ehrlich because they handle bedbugs and fleas, as well. Instead of Ed, who usually comes to our house, we got Mark. Mark said he would not come to our house, inferred we were imagining the bugs and stated he would ONLY talk to us again when we went to a dermatologist. I was outraged. Eventually, after vacuuming and washing everything possible, we got rid of the bugs biting my family. Every Spring, we get our termite traps filled. I noticed Ed did not call and the traps were not filled. I called. The receptionist said our traps ate filled every April and our last appointment was last September ( the traps are filled in April and September); its what we pay for with Erhlich. She said someone would be out in several days. She said if I would like Ed to come out. I said yes. She said he would be out in several days. Today I came home to find a message from Mark; he said he won't be coming out because we aren't due for any service until September of this year. I found Ed's number and asked him if he could come out. I also explained problems I had with Mark. Ed said he would be out in several days. I will have to drop my service with Erhlich after ten years if we are going to have to deal with Mark.

The company arrived on time and did the work as described. Very professional and very happy with the services

This company was very knowledgeable to speak with on the phone. They came out to our home the next day, the insects were dead in 30-40 mins. just like the service tech. said would happen. We are now on a maintenance agreement with them. Very Satisfied:)

Jim analyzed the issue, and baited the ants both inside and outside. I'm sure, based on our experience, that the problem will be taken care of. I would highly recommend Ehrlich for pest control.

It's going to be a repeat service. I think we paid $200 for the season. They were great. They showed up on time and came when they said they would come. They called and did what they said they were going to do. They were pretty good.

Great! And if a problem occurs, they will return and re-treat until it's resolved. In my area, Dennis is the best!

We called Erlich. Ken came out and sprayed an eco-friendly pesticide. We are on a maintenance program. Ken was very punctual and professional. The pest problem went away.

Going well, do quarterly visit, had wasp nest removed.

The tech Ken was professional and punctual. Did a fantastic job. Ehrlichs was very helpful from beginning to end.

From my first call to Ehrlich (on a Tues) to Blake coming out to have a look (Weds) to Dave coming to do the work (Friday), I was extremely pleased. 2 months ago, the contractor who was fixing my front porch (removing alot of wet/damaged wood in process) had found a carpenter ant nest inside one of the porch columns, so he had bombed and sprayed everything thoroughly and taken all wet/damaged wood off the premises. About 6 weeks later, we started to see a stray ant in the house here and there (mostly in the 2nd floor bedroom close to where the porch wood had been replaced on the outside), so I put down glue strips and ant bait. I was alarmed at how many ants I was catching on the glue strips (the over-the-counter ant bait was not effective!) so called Ehrlich. When Blake came to tell me my options, he totally got it that I needed help asap as I had a house guest coming soon who would be sleeping in that very bedroom. Tho I think their normal schedule might only have allowed them to get the technician to get to me in 7-10 days, when I explained how desperate I was, Blake assured me that he would have someone within 3 days, and indeed they were able to schedule Dave to come in 2 days. And I think they might even have gotten Dave to come in on his day off. Dave was great--a 30+ year employee of the company. He was reassuring, thorough, quick thinking, very knowledgeable. He explored in the bedroom a bit (moved a tall bookcase in the corner, and some notebooks on bottom shelf of the bookcase)--voila behind the notebooks and bookcase, there were hundreds of ants swarming with larvae, with the beginnings of a new nest. Ugh. Rather than spray the ants and have them spread out across the room, Dave asked to use my vacuum cleaner (quick thinking!--fine with me!). He vacuumed up all of the ants with the vacuum hose, disturbing them as little as possible, took the vacuum outside to the yard, then returned to thoroughly treat the room, the rest of the house, and the porch nooks and crannies. Then he zapped all of the ants in my vacuum dirt catcher/cup using plain dish detergent water. And since I have been fighting a battle for 4 years against mice (I have been making some strides but not 100% success-- though now no more signs of droppings in my kitchen, over the last several months they were continuing to come eat the poison bait I'd set under my stove), Dave also set out bait w/higher levels of poison throughout my basement. He also pointed out to me one location on outside of house where mice might be getting in so I will stuff it with steel wool. If I'd only had the 1 visit/treatment from Ehrlich, I think price would've been ~$275. But since I signed up also for a whole year's coverage (3 additional scheduled visits plus any visits in-between as needed, no extra charge), the charge for the initial treatment was lowered to $240 (which included tax). And since I paid in full up front, they took 5% off the whole-year coverage). The additional year coverage (for my smaller size house) before 5% off was $492 + tax. (I also appreciated that Blake volunteered about the 5% discount for paying up front ...I wouldn't have known about this otherwise...indicates a company w/integrity who does good business the old-fashioned way.) If it is possible to be over-the-moon thrilled with one's pest control company, that is me. Thank you Ehrlich for helping me in such a huge way in such a timely manner.

It was easy to sched an appointment. Paul is professional, easy to communicate with, and, best of all, honest. He took the time to educate me regarding signs of termite infestation. He told me I have dry wood rot instead. He told me there was no signs of prior treatment for termite, and was very thorough. I would call Ehrlich for any pest concern in the future.
