If you do the full service they do the attic, the whole inside, and the perimeter of the outside. I tell them not to do the whole house because I don't want chemicals all over my house. They are flexible with their scheduling. They are reliable.

We are on the year round protection and they come four times a year.  I think their price is probably a little high.  In fact I switched away from them to get a cheaper price and then we used somebody else and we will never use that company again.

I have been using them for about 3 years. They are very responsive. They come out for regular maintenance but I have had a few times where I have had to call them to address something. They have always come out right away, which has been great. I would recommend them.

The overall experience was excellent. I would recommend this company to other people. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. We have the same technician each time and he knows the house and the grounds. He is here when he says he will be here and he does a great job.

They were very nice. They are very conscientious. They will come right out. They did a nice job. They can do anything you need. We had a contract with them tha we paid monthly. The technician that we had was great. They always came when they said they would. The price was competitive.

It was a package of $700 for 12 months.  They were prompt.  I had to call them to remind that the contract was over.  They came twice after the contract was over.  I will use them again in the future.

They are okay, but I will be cancelling them now because they are over-priced and they don’t do very much for me. I don’t really have a pest problem and I don’t want them coming and spraying chemicals in the house for nothing. They charge me $45 a month for just maintenance and are suppose to be on call, to come out when I have a pest problem, but they just come and spray chemicals around for nothing. I will not use them again in the future.

I really love Bill, my technician. He is absolutely fabulous. He is more than willing to help me out with any little project I may have to do. I trust him and he does his job well. He is very personable and keeps me informed of what's going on. He is very professional and it's been a great experience dealing with him.

They are a large group.  They come every couple of months for general bug control which has worked well.  I have had a standing contract with them for the past few years.  I pay them yearly online.  I am satisfied with their price.  They are always here on time.  Everything has been going well so far and I haven’t had any problems with them.  They have always been there whenever I have had an issue.  I would continue to use them again in the future.

We have a continuing agreement with them and it has worked out satisfactorily. They have been good to work with. We are fortunate that we haven't had any big pests. We did have an invasion of some black ants, and they seemed to clear it up first. Our experience has been very good with them. I haven't compared them with anyone else as far as pricing goes, but it sounds a little high to me.

I haven’t had any problems with them.  They come out every few months to check our termite traps, but I don’t always see them.  They put out termite bait and come check for activity.  They always leave a note when they come.  I haven’t had any bug problems since I’ve had them.  It seems that they are pretty reliable.

I have been using them for years. Everything is fine with them. I had them even in Maryland and kept them when I shifted to Pennsylvania. I think that their staff is very friendly. They know what they are doing and they are very prompt. I have a yearly contract with them and if I have any issues throughout the year they come out in a timely fashion. I lived here with my parents and moved away and the same service has come now. So it is the same services they have now as before. I have been very pleased with them.

I have been very satisfied with them.  They check my house and they check the outside.  They come and go through the house.  I had some mice in the garage.  They put the food out for the mice to kill them.  I have never used anybody else.  I don't pay them by check; it just comes out of my checking account.

We called them to take care of a rodent problem.  They placed traps inside and poison outside.  The technician was very careful since we have small children and a dog.  The first 2 visits went fine, the technician was friendly, efficient and punctual.  The third and final visit was scheduled for a Friday morning but the technician never showed up and never called.  It was a holiday weekend, so I didn't call the company until the following week, but in the meantime, the technician visited unannounced when I was not home so he was unable to check the inside traps.  The phone number on my invoice was incorrect, so I had to come online to find the proper number.  The operator, while friendly, basically wanted to know what the problem was.  I had to request another visit, which was scheduled without problem.  Essentially, a couple months later and the mice are still there.  They never went away, we could always hear them.  We just figured out they are chewing on our dirty laundry in the basement, ruining many articles of clothes.  They are waking us up at night, scratching in the wall.  At this point, we will be paying more money for additional services, but from a different provider.

"Hello member, We are all very thankful that you called Ehrlich for your rodent concerns. We know you have a lot of choices but we feel strongly that there is only one right choice and we're going to try and convince you you've already made it. After reading your posting here, I asked Bob (Operations Mgr) and Brian (technician) to call and schedule to give you some additional service even though your warranty expired a couple months ago. They visited you yesterday and provided an additional service at no cost. Bob will be following up with you to check on the effectiveness of the extra service next week. During Bob and Brian's visit, they found rat and possible squirrel acivity that wasn't related to the prior mouse activity. They gave you some recommendations for sealing holes around your foundation that will help keep rodents from entering your home in the long term. Unfortunately a hundred year old home can be a challenge keeping rodents out because of shifting stone foundations. You might want to reconsider signing up for Ehrlich's Year Round Protection Plan (that now includes bed bugs). For a low monthly fee, we will proactively protect your home from 37 different rodents and insect pests. I apologize for any incovenience associated with the scheduling issue. I researched your account and couldn't find the appointment you are referring to in our computer system which is highly unusual. The technician must have promissed an additonal service without documenting it. This should not have happened. Lastly, can you call us or tell Bob what number you were trying to call us at? We had a few recent issues with the phone lines due to some construction in the area but that's been resolved. Thank you again for your business.
