It went great. I was very happy. They have been great. They were very easy to work with. They weren't pushy at all. They were very knowledgeable. The workers were very nice. They were punctual. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. They were super busy so it took a little longer than I had expected.

They finished the work about a week ago. My experience with them was very good. They took some time and we figured out what we wanted to do. They worked with us and I am very pleased with the outcome. There was some chipping when they put the mantle in. I would use them again in the future.

Suburban Marble made changes and refinements we requested, for example larger radii on two corners of the island, making the window sill thinner to aid opening the window, and increasing a bevel on either side of the desk to provide additional clearance for the adjacent cabinet doors. A few days after installation we contacted Suburban about some small imperfections, and they immediately sent out their Quality Control expert who corrected the imperfections. Suburban’s Sue Brady was very helpful in guiding our selection of granite and she was easy to work with. We also considered two other granite fabricators, and found Suburban to be far superior to them.

They were very good on the sales floor. They gave me a good estimate and I would have enjoyed working with them. I really thought about using them. I think they give you a free sink up to a certain level. She showed me everything that I could possibly be interested in and she explained everything about the edges of the counters. She explained the possibilities for the backsplash. She was very thorough. I was there on a Saturday and it was good to see that they were open on Saturdays. It's a big place. I decided not to do the work. I am going to use them when I decide to do the work.

I found out when I arrived that they only show the granite by appointment. It was a weekday and they weren't busy so they found a sales person to help me out. She showed me the slabs, helped me choose a few colors, made copies of my kitchen design drawings and told me she would get back to me with an estimate. I waited more than a week for an estimate. I called several times and left messages. The estimate priced well, but the lack of communication led me not to do business with this company.

HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD SAY THAT THE QUALITY OF THEIR GRANITE TOPS ARE BEAUTIFUL. THE INSTALLATION IS DONE WITH EASE AND THE FINAL PRODUCT IS BEAUTIFUL. I HAVE USED OTHER COMPANIES FOR GRANITE/MARBLE AND WOULD SAY THAT THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT I HAVE BEEN MOST SATISFIED WITH.
