Our garage door jammed halfway down. It wouldn't go up or down. He came out the same day even though it was almost 1pm when I called. He arrived around 5:30 pm. Unfortunately, there was a classic car that wouldn't start in the garage. In order to make sure he didn't damage the car in any way, he pushed the car out of the garage and then pushed it back in when he was done while I was giving my daughter a bath. The cables on both sides of the door uncoiled and jammed. He recoiled both cables, oiled everything and tuned it up.
I would definitely use this company again.They did a fair job of rehabbing the garage door. They replaced very few parts. I thought that they were going to replace the entire garage assembly with new parts. They straightened out one of the outer channels that had been bent. I thought that it really needed to be replaced. My wife complained that the door was not closing well and I exchanged garage bays with her. I use the bay that she used before she damaged the door and my wife uses my bay now.
