Jimmy performed the service on our garage door--we purchased the tune-up special. He was simply terrific--very nice guy, detail oriented, and very good at what he does. The work was first-rate and we will not hesitate to work with Jimmy and the company again.

Installer, Geoff and assistant, were prompt, courteous and good workmanship. He had to remove the wall from where the garage door originally had been and install a new one. Would definitely use McBrothers again!

This service went very well. They were out within two days of my call and made all of the appropriate repairs on the spot when they came out.. One door looked like it might need to be replaced, but they suggested that it was not really necessary and were able to repair the door and the opening mechanisms. I appreciated the honesty. Both door work like new.

Very professional and friendly. We were so pleased that we later asked them to install a commercial grade garage door opener. Their price for the opener was very competitive and they did an exceptional job. We highly recommend them.

Since then bigger problems have developed with the garage doors. I decided to use a local company instead. Can I get a refund of any kind?

They were fantastic. They were great. They were easy to schedule. They were quick. I don't think the guy was even here for an hour. When he was here, I asked him a lot of questions and he was knowledgeable. He gave advice even if I didn't ask him questions. He even basically gave me a free can of lube for the garage coil.

Service was excellent. Technician arrived on time. He fixed the doors so they work much better. He brought us new door openers he was able to get ours working satisfactory so we did not need to replace them right now. We also had him replace the gasket on the bottom of the doors as well.

It went very well. The installer was on time and spent 3-hrs on the install and showing how to operate, including setup of wireless devices and remotes

Overall it went well. The company came for the "Big Deal" but I wound up needing a new door. They applied the price to a new door and we were able to get a new door quickly. A new keypad and electronic eyes were supposed to be installed, but they did not come in on time. Needed to call a few weeks later to have them come back, but they were responsive and came 2 days later. Changed punctuality to a B rating only because I specifically asked that they not come to our home until 9am, but they arrived at 7:45am. Overall, very nice company with which to work.

Things went great. The tech arrived on time, replaced the rollers and greased and inspected the track, door and opener and was finished within an hour's time. We are very pleased with the results.

Excellent from start to finish. Great professional came out to to the work. On time and very respectful of my property. Would certainly use them again. Will probably get some replacement doors next year from them. Highly recommended.
