Words can't even express how professional this crew was. I heard about Mastrocco Moving from a designer friend, and am super happy we found these guys. I have a newborn, so my hands are always full- and my husband works full time - which made packing very difficult.
When confirming the truck arrival time, Tony Mastrocco personally assured me that his guys would help with packing odds/ends and not to worry too much. Well, we had quite a bit of packing left to do when they arrived (to say the least) but these guys came in and packed up the remainder of our apartment so professionally and efficient, I was astounded.
Polite, professional, seriously diligent about time and delicate with our goods. 
The delivery of the boxes to our new apartment in Pennsylvania was equally as smooth, these guys placed all the boxes in the appropriate areas and rooms, which made unpacking so much easier. They offered to assemble our bed since they had additional time, which I thought was very sweet.
Hands down the best moving experience I've ever had, and coming from a very picky New Yorker who has moved one too many times than I would have liked - that says a lot. I plan to spread the word about this crew to everyone I know. If more movers were like these guys, I don't think people would hate moving so much.

Tony Mastrocco & his entire crew should have a special category.  They are not simply "moving & storage".  I called Tony the week before & told him of our immediate need to remove furniture & other items from my 96 year old mother-in-law's apartment in Virginia to Pennsylvania.  Although the last week of February, 2015 was very busy for them, Tony immediately promised that he would take care of the move for us.  Tony & his staff were so reassuring every step of the way, from the ladies in the office to the movers themselves.  We could not be more pleased with the entire process.  The truck arrived as scheduled, and the 2 movers proceeded to wrap and otherwise protect every single item.  I could not believe the care they gave everything.  Although this furniture has traveled the world in the last 70+ years, I doubt that it has ever received such gentle handling.  We were so pleased with the experience that we have already decided to have Tony's company handle a local move for us later this year, as well as a move to Florida in the near future.

I had used the company last year and had a good experience. This time we were emptying out a 10' x 20' storage unit that was maybe 25% full and moving the items back to the residence. They had an adequate 3 man crew. They items were prtected and packed properly for transit and secured. They had professional material handling equipment, dollies, padding,  etc for the job. They did set up 2 sets of mattresses and box springs & frames in the bedrooms. There was no damage to walls or sheetrock from bringing items into the home. You have to pay a small premium for insurance based on the value of your property  before the move, which I felt was reasonable.  You have to pay in cash so get a estimate up front and have some small denomination bills available. This saves you on being charged credit card processing fees, so that did not bother me.  I felt I received a good value for the investment. They were responsive to any messages left during the scheduling process. I would recommend this provider to residential or commercial clients.

No problems. The men easily took apart our furniture and hauled it upstairs.  It was expensive, but I understand they have to charge an hourly rate, it only took about a half hour.  We would use them again.

They were professional and courteous at every phase of the transaction, from the original call, scheduling, and estimating the total cost, through the move itself. The movers arrived on time at our home and loaded the truck with our stuff, stored it for 2 days (until we settled the purchase of the new condo), and then delivered on time to the condo. They were careful with everything, courteous to our neighbors (who had to share the elevator all day), and  patient with us trying to decide where we wanted everything to go.  Everything arrived in perfect condition. We couldn't have been more  pleased.

THEY WERE FANTASTIC!!!!!  They were on time, professional, nice and fast!!!!!!

I spoke to the owner Tony who assured me 4 people would come to the job at 9AM and that they have a policy to use mattress bags to prevent bed bugs.  I went with them because they guaranteed to have 4 people come for the move instead of the 3 I was quoted by other movers.  I had other offers for $120 for 3 movers (including all supplies and no travel time).  Tony said he would wave the travel fee however this was not explicitly told me that they would not waive "travel time'.  4 movers were quoted at $158 per hour by Tony.

On the day of the move only 3 movers showed up at 10:30 (1.5 hours late, however I did get a call saying they would be late at 9:30).  They did not offer an explanation about why only 3 movers came until I pointed it out.  They said they would reduce the hourly rate by $30 and the reason was 1 mover hurt himself in the morning (which I have read on other reviews for this provider after-the-fact).  I called the company and they said Tony would not budge on price and Tony would call me back (he never did).  I was frustrated that I could have gone with another company who was charging me $120 for 3 people instead of "new" price of  $128 since only 3 movers showed up.  The least he could have done was match the $120 for 3 movers and called me ahead of time to let me know only 3 people would show up.

2 of the movers were excellent, 1 of them was dragging his feet to the point where I started to help and was moving heavier boxes than he was.  They did not use mattress bags (which were promised to me by Tony) but they shrink wrapped the mattresses.  They still charged me the $8 per mattress for the "bags". 

They said it takes 1 hour of travel time from Warminster, PA to Ewing, NJ.  It is 20 miles and does not take me that long, but they charged me that for the travel time in the morning and they tried to charge to charge me the same hour for them to drive back from Yardley to Warminster!  2 hours of travel time would have cost me $256 when the actual travel time should be less than 1 hour total!)

I did tip them well because 2 of the 3 movers were very good.

The owner overpromised and under-delivered, plain and simple.

They were awful. They marked up and charged us three times the amount of what was quoted. With regard to price, they were just dishonest. We would not use them again in the future.

Team was prepared, efficient and so experienced at moving. They took great care not to damage anything, including not tracking in any snow to our new home. They were great! I would not hesitate to use them again and plan on doing so with our storage units in the near future. Estimate of time and pricing was accurate and reasonable.

Showed up with too few men. Didn't have enough trucks. Price quoted was much lower than final bill. Several things were broken when we unpacked them. Move took way too long because they were not adequately prepared. The men that did the move were professional but the job was too large for them

My experience was entirely positive, from the first conversation with the owner to the final handshake with the driver. On the day of the move, I was informed right away when the arrival time became slightly delayed. The crew worked steadily and with great skill, care, and cheerful professionalism. The equipment was clean, well-organized, and up-to-date.  I felt that the service rendered was well worth the price and I was pleased to give the crew a more substantial gratuity than I had anticipated, even though it meant a quick run to the ATM. As a former Certified Moving Consultant myself, I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire move. Bravo!

I had big heavy furniture in unfavorable weather conditions.|The young men did great.|The price was over the amount quoted but in all fairness, I was in another state and they did not see my household contents to assess properly.       It was a big move.|I would use them again

They did arrive with a large enough crew to get the job done in just one day and 1 trip to the storage unit. All of the fragile items were expertly packaged to prevent breakage. I was basically just there to supervise and answer clarifying questions and was fully satisfied with the work done , the professionalism and courtesy provided. I saved myself dozens of hours and potential injury if I was to tackle this job myself with " friends & pick up trucks"  and was 100% satisfied with their services and would recommend this company to any commercial / residential client .

The were very good. They kept to there price they quoted. I was very satisfied with their service.

The two young men arrived on time and moved one refrigerator out to the garage and a newer refrigerator into the kitchen. They were very careful with every part of the move, taking their time to cover wooden floors, etc. They were helpful,  personable and professional.  I would use their services again. D. D.

The crew did a nice job, everything was handled with care and properly disassembled, packaged and reassembled.

Generally good service, but at a very high cost.  Responsive to inquiries, but not everything advised was done.

They did an excellent job. We have used all the major moving companies in the past but they were the best we have ever had. We had a 50 year old bedroom suite that was very heavy and they took excellent care of it all. We found nothing damaged and nothing missing. The price was right on target and they stayed with their estimate. We would highly recommend them.

Overall the experience was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone moving! The  staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. They took exceptional care of our belongings and nothing was damaged during the move. We were impressed with how quickly they were able to move everything while also taking great care of our belongings and moving space. No marks were made on our floors or walls, despite an unexpected rainstorm. You will not be disappointed!

I couldn?t have higher praises for all of the hard work that went into our Philly to NJ move. Everything went so smoothly. The men showed up and immediately went to work, and then made the 2.5 hr drive to our new place. The office staff are professional, courteous and easy to work with as well as the moving staff being friendly and hard working. Thank you for everything!

Anthony's Crew arrived on time and prepared to get moving.  From the outset, they were professional and courteous.  The crew consisted of mostly younger men that didn't look like your "typical" movers.  They were young and fit, not linemen from the Eagles.  I even wondered if they could pick up half of the furniture...but I was wrong to judge a book by its cover...these gentlemen hustled the entire time and had no problem lifting heavy boxes and furniture.  They never complained and always asked permission to use the bathroom. 
If you want a moving company that just grabs your furniture and sticks it in a van, then don't call A Matsrocco.  But if you want someone who will actually take care of your furniture and genuinely be concerned for its safety, then you must try theses guys.  They wrapped every chair and couch.  They wrapped tables and bureaus.  Yes it takes longer when movers do that, but let's say it takes an extra hour or two...at @ $150.00 to $200.00 per hour, depending on the crew size, it is worth it.  A new decent dinning room chair alone costs $200.00.  It is worth it.  But when you consider how fast these guys are and how efficient they are, I honestly think that the extra time that was used to pack the furniture and truck the right way, was covered by their efficiency.  Never once was I concerned they were slacking off.  They hustled the entire time and were professionals.  They put down cardboard to walk on in the foyer and used blankets on the railing to the upstairs.
In conclusion, I have moved a lot in my life and A Mastrocco made this move simply effortless!  Nothing was damaged and I truly felt Mike and his crew honestly cared about my stuff...I never had a mover who was so conscientious.  They are simply the best!
Note:  My Experience tells me that when it comes to movers it come down to 2 things.  The hourly rate and how efficient (not fast) they are.  A mover may promise that it will only take 4 hours, but moving is moving and I would focus on efficiency over any other factor.  You may save a few $'s on the hourly rate from a second rate mover, but you will pay for it when it takes them 2x as long to complete the job and your furniture is damaged.

The crew arrived slightly earlier than promised (a good thing for us). They were well organized, cooperative, hard-working,
and thorough. They finished at the low end of the estimated time. No damage was done to our belongings or either house.
I can't recommend Mastrocco highly enough.

I have a 20-year plus relationship with A. Mastrocco Jr.  Over that time I have worked with Tony and his team on everything from moving precious antiques and sentimental heirlooms, to storing excess furniture items, to full-scale moves from various residences in the area.  Based on every interaction I have had with Tony and his team I would say calling A. Mastrocco Jr. "movers" simply doesn't do justice to the value they provide and the professionalism they exhibit.

They treat everything of mine as if it was their own and they continually go above and beyond the call of duty.  In one instance when a large piece of furniture wouldn't fit up the stairway in my house they came up with a way to hoist it up through a window on the 2nd floor and get it just where I wanted. They are definitely not your average movers. They are more like an extension of my family. There is no one else I would call for any of moving needs than A. Mastrocco Jr and I can't recommend them any higher.
