Bill got back to me very quickly and came out within a few days. Told him what I'd like done, gave me a quote right away and offered to trim a tree for me at no additional cost. We needed the job done quickly, so he made time on a Saturday, 2 weeks later, brought his guys out and they did an excellent job! We had a bit of a setback with the neighbor, but the guys were very professional and were very patient, with having another job to do after ours, and were able to get our job done that day. I would definitely recommend them and will call them first if I ever need any additional trees cut.

The owner was appreciative to get our business and he took his time to explain everthing he would do and gave us a very fair price considering all the work we needed done. He got it done in a very timelyt manner and left the property clean. Would hire again

Amazing people, from the moment they arrive you see they know exactly what they are doing , i had power lines everywhere and big tree directly above the house , they took them down, no problem , they know how to control those branches not to fall and damage anything. They cleaned up nicely after they were done , they arrived on time and finished in a timely manner , highly recommended, real pro's

This group of service professionals were outstanding. They were on time, professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up everything exceptionally well. I can't say enough good things about them. I have hired them for a full day service to clear away other trees that I no longer want. This is a great team and I recommend them for any tree removal or shrub maintenance.

Mainly, it was a small job to remove my tree. So the schedule was changed two times. The employees did an outstanding job, but deferred to the owner to collect payment. He (owner) called and insinuated that I was trying to "get away without paying"! Rather than his coming for the money, he sent an employee. I paid for the stump removal a week ago, but it hasn't yet been done.

"Since I pride myself and my business on excellent customer service and communication, I would like to offer the following explanation: This job was originally scheduled for a Sunday. The customer called on Saturday morning wondering where we were. Because of the misunderstanding, I rearranged the schedule for the day to accommodate the customer. That evening, I called the customer to make sure my crew had met her expectations, which is something I regularly do. She told me that the crew did not collect payment. I told her that I was not calling about payment, I was calling to ensure she was satisfied with the work."

Not only did he call me within an hour from submitting my needs on home advisor, but he came out and took a look at my project that day, even though I was unavailable to meet him. He worked with in my budget to get what I needed and worked quickly. Very professional, will hire again when needed.
