Janet arrived to assess all of the damage that was done to our personal items from Budd Van Lines. The report given to me from Budd indicated many incorrect statements (lies?) made by Janet, such as we "moved a bed to a different room" and that we "disassembled our crib." Not sure why she said that but those statements are wrong. Budd will not be covering the damage because of her incorrect report, and we are out hundreds of dollars.
