For over 25 years, Monahan Building has been constructing custom homes and providing expert renovations throughout the Main Line, Philadelphia and Delaware Valley. Founded in 1990 by Mike Monahan, we have established ourselves as premier builders grounded in integrity, quality and service. Two generations of business , Michael Monahan the 2nd has now started the Philadelphia division of Monahan Building. We have built some of the Main Lines most aspirational homes and have made our mark with consistently excellent quality construction. Monahan Building has won the Best of the Main Line for six years in a row. This award stands out to us as a special achievement and we are thrilled to receive acknowledgement from both our community and customers. We pride ourselves on our service to our customers and our excellent work. Our portfolio of construction projects expands beyond custom homes. While we build additions and manage complete renovations, we also do kitchens, bathrooms and other larger size remodeling projects. When we commit to a customer, we become a partner in the care of their home for years to come. Also we welcome investors to partner with us in upcoming custom home and condo projects along the Mainline and Philadelphia.
