I found Bradley Brothers LLC via Angie's list. Brian contacted me in a few hours and they came out the next day. I thought there was an issue with the furnace's "SMART OR NOT SO SMART" thermostat because I just had my furnace checked in the fall. The furnace was coming on and off with short runs. Brian did a full diagnostic check on the furnace and it was good to go. He even checked to make sure there wasn't a gas leak! ð I requested a Honeywell old fashion thermostat installed , which he did. Problem solved plus the cost was reasonable. Brian was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Of course I had a lot of questions. He answered them without even blinking an eye and with a smile. But beware an older gentleman was with him and he was quite a talker but very knowledgeable too! ð I would call Bradley Brothers again for service and highly recommend them too.

They came to my house on a holiday! When my house was 50 degrees in the winter. Very fast and very knowledgeable and explained everything and all my options. Great experience!!!

I have a trane furnace it started blowing out cold air. It is 7 years old and still under warranty. So I believed I needed to call the company who installed it, Aerondosh. So I called them. However they merged with McVay plumbing, and now heating and cooling. They came replaced the circuit board. (most expensive part) but covered under warranty. Still cost $149. to diagnose on Nov 3rd and $330 to install it on Nov 8th. The next few days my furnace sounded louder and seemed to be running rough. I call them to come back. They do 2 weeks later? and tell me it is the inducer motor which they assured me it was not at the first appt.(although code the furnace spit out said inducer motor??) He told me it was easy to replace and should definitely be under $200 to install. He tells me it is getting hot and will burn itself out just call us when it breaks. I was not comfortable leaving it burn out perhaps the warranty would expire, costing me more if I waited? Or maybe it could ruin the new board? He said he would talk to his boss about my Discontent and email me asap. 5 days go by and my furnace blows cold air Again. Now with the original cold air problem happening again, I believe I must have never needed the circuit board? Still waiting for them to get back to me. I call Bradley Brothers! Thank God I did not only did they come out and diagnose it they were able to order the part under warranty and install it, all within a few days. Where McVay â customer serviceâ told us it could possibly take up to 3 months to get? And the best part about Bradley Brothers is they charged me less than the original McVay diagnosis!!! I am grateful for Brian & Joe. They will forever be my furnace guys. I highly recommend them. It is the holidays and people are struggling. All a customer wants is an honest price for honest work. There should be no hesitation calling the Bradley Brothers!!!! And I want everyone to know you do not need to call the installer as long as your new furnace is registered any company can honor the warranty.

On time, very nice and very descriptive of what was needed. Price for repair and maintenance was very reasonable. Cleaned up and took no time to complete the job. Will call them again!!!!

Will use them again in the future they responded quickly and got me in the same day. Fixed the issue and were very informative so I could fix any issues myself in the future.

They came to my to repair a gas valve and broke my shut off and the brass fittings to my fireplace. They charged me claiming my parts were old, they were not. Checked on Brian because I heard banging and he had installed the gas valve backwards. He spent 6 hours here and charged me $775 for a two hour $500 job. As if that wasn't enough, he got pipe dope all over my floor. DONT HIRE THESE CROOKS!

They don't know what they are doing. They are very rude.

Brian was professional and thorough and kept me informed throughout his work. He charged a simple call fee even though he stayed beyond 1 hour and used some materials of his own in the fix. You will not regret calling them first if you need roofing or hvac work done.
