Tom and crew did a good job for a fair price. It was a dusty job but they cleaned up after themselves.

Tom and his crew were great! He showed up for the estimate on time and was thorough in inspecting the work. He even recommended repainting my stucco since it was flaking and lost it's water resiliency - which was not related to the job I called for, but invaluable to know before it started deteriorating. The day of the job he got his crew over and got the work done before the storm rolled in. They worked hard, were friendly and respectful. They also cleaned up before they left. What more could I ask for? I'm very happy with the work and the price was very fair.

From day one, Tom was outstanding. He came out quickly for an estimate and quoted us a fair price for the work. He kept in touch about when the crew would be out to complete the work given the challenges with the weather this winter. While completing the work, he was communicative at all times and made sure we were kept up to date with the progress including progress pictures. The quality of the work was excellent and we are pleased with the finished project. We have additional brickwork to complete and wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again.

Our exterior window sills and lintels were wood, rotten and old. Tom Natalini was very responsive in giving me a quote and scheduling the work. Tom and his crew are professional and punctual and replaced 4 sills and 7 lintels by limestone in less than 2 days of work. Definitely would hire again.

The job went very, very well! Tom is knowledgeable & experienced. When he ran into a snag he did not hesitate to call the structural engineer for advice. This gave me confidence that the job was being done correctly. His crew was respectful of me & my home. They cleaned up after themselves, which always appreciated. Tom and his crew were punctual, efficient, and thorough in all of the work they did. They installed 3 star bolts in my 90+ year old row home, applied new stucco to the back of my house, and painted it. All of the work was completed in two days. The price was slightly higher than what other contractors quoted, but I felt more confident in Tom's knowledge and experience. In the end, the work proved to be worth it. The place looks great.

I hired Tom to do some repairs and reinforcement on the facade and rear of my 100+ year-old row home. He and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. I was impressed with how efficiently and neatly they worked. We had a lot of work done, including putting in 6 star bolts in one day, which required moving stuff out of the way and opening up the ceilings on two floors in our house, but they contained the mess so well it barely looked like they had been there when they were through. Tom kept me well informed of the progress along the way and it is obvious how much pride goes into the work that he does. The finished work is excellent and I will definitely use him again for future projects.

Went great! Tom was even able to move the date of the work up as long as it worked with me since he had an opening in his schedule. Added manpower to get it all done in a day. Cleaned up great after their work was done with a particularly messy operation. Really impressed with their quality and definitely would recommend again.

Initially, we were happy with the original contact and response. In July 2015 I contracted with this company to have the rear wall on my house repaired and sealed. The work was performed on time and to my satisfaction. We were given a verbal guarantee of 3 years for the work performed. In July, 2017 the sealer started to flake and crack. In October of 2017 I called Tom and he said he would come out that Sunday and look at the problem. Sunday morning he called to say that he had a family emergency and could not come out that day. After approximately one week I had not heard back from him so I called and left a message on his answering machine. I still did not hear back and called repeatedly, leaving messages with all my info each time. On December 3rd, 2017, I sent him an email with pictures of the wall asking him to call me within a week. I still have not heard back from Tom. I am losing sleep over this. He should at the very least have the courtesy to call me back to get this resolved. According to his promise, the work is guaranteed until July of 2018. I want him to come out, look at the problem and fix it, according to his word.

Mr Natalini, In response to your message about my review.......... First, you actually performed the work in July of 2015, not 2014 as you state. At that time you gave me a 3 year warranty on the work performed. Second. yes, at that time I was happy with the work performed and gave you an 'A' rating. However, around July of 2017 I noticed that the color of the seal coat was changing in one area and starting to crack and become loose. The cracks started to get worse so I called you in October of 2017. You told me that you would come out and fix it. You never kept your word. I have called several times and left messages as well as sent you an email with the pictures of the damage. You have never even taken the time to return my calls. Third, you state that the problem is not related to the work you performed. How can you say this if you have not even come back to look at it. Lastly, I would be happy to remove the 'F' rating once you come back and fix the problem.

Tom came one night and worked extremely hard for 5 hours with no luck fighting against the steady flow of water. He was determined to stop the water and came back the next day with his hard working crew. With their help and a lot of concrete, Tom and his crew help stem the majority of water flowing into our basemen. It was a miracle! It helped restore my and my husband's sanity for a weekend and it sped the process of finding the leak. Without Tom and his crew we would of endured more misery. He helped speed the process of fixing the errant water leak of 17 days. Thanks again. Now that the water has stopped, we'll be calling Tom again to fully repair the wall

I bought a 150 year old house where the fireplace was crumbling behind a plaster wall. I called several companies who either could not rebuild it or were unresponsive. I then turned to Angie's list and found Tom. He was amazing! He came out promptly and sourced the problem. He gave me viable solutions, showed me pictures and followed up with a complete plan of action. He did not try to gouge me on the price and was fair. Then the magic began. Tom built the most beautiful fireplace in a couple of days. I am so happy that I hired him. He gave me complete peace of mind and his workmanship well exceeded my expectations. My general contractor who has been in business for 30 years said it was the best work he has seen and took his card. I am very picky and so pleased with Tom's work. I highly recommend him!

There were no other contractors who were even willing to consider a job that high up, but Tom came in and took care of everything beautifully. He outlined the job clearly in the estimate, noting that he would need to install scaffolding in a difficult uneven spot in our yard, anticipated that he would need to support the roof joists. Then he removed the existing masonry as needed and installed new (we moved the window a few feet over), and created a new brick windowsill to match the others on that side of the house. He also repainted the stucco on the entire back of the house and offered a discount for the two jobs combined. He and his employees were friendly and professional and the work is excellent.

Tom and his crew were great. They arrived exactly on time and performed the work quickly and professionally. The steps look great. It did take some time to get the work scheduled (we had to reschedule due to some larger jobs he had) but Tom is very personable and I will likely hire him again for additional masonry work on our home. Very responsive to calls & texts.

Mr. Natalini performed the jobs perfectly. He is very experienced and skilled and the quality of his work reflects that. Tom takes pride in doing a highly professional job while keeping client's cost very reasonable. I was very comfortable having Tom and his workers in my home. They were respectful and careful. They arrived on time, protected my house from any mess or damage and left their work areas completely clean. I am a repeat client of Tom Natalini and Sons. Previously, he did extensive plaster restoration inside my house. That work was completed to the same high standard as my recent jobs.

Tom Natalini was so responsive to my call for an immediate quote for a home sale purchase I was in the middle of. Tom came out right away and responded immediately with a detailed description of the work that we needed performed and the price. He took a lot of worry off of our plates! He evaluated the job, provided all the details of the work required, an estimate of all tasks, and completed the job with top quality results & high attention to details. Tom and his team worked in a very professional manner and reviewed all the work performed.

Tom never showed up. He texted me the morning of the day he was supposed to arrive to tell me that his transmission died. He later texted his apologies. In retrospect, I regret not looking more closely at other reviews before contacting him about doing this work. What happened to me apparently has happened to many other people in dealing with him--he just doesn't show up, for whatever reason.

Great job. I originally found Tom Natalini on Angie's' List. His team was one of three contractors who bid. Tom Natalini's team began by re-pointing the stone. At the end of the first day I was impressed with the quality of the pointing and how much better the exterior of the house began to look. Tom checked in with me daily via text. This was the most significant home repair that I committed to financially, I was concerned about fighting with a contractor to have the job 100% complete. In the end I had no complaints or need for final touches, it was 100% complete. Their crew left almost no mess considering the nature of the work. The crew had to sit out a day for rain, and the project's start time started earlier than projected due to an opening in the schedule. Although I never met with Tom in person, or observed his crew in action, I was very satisfied. Also, my neighbor liked the quality of the work and had no complaints.

Everything went great. Price was as good or better then all other estimates we received. We had 5 companies come out. The original estimate, based on a visual inspection of our chimney, also included some work which we later found out wasn't needed. Tom was honest enough to point that out and did not charge us although he still made a minor repair to the chimney. Many other contractors would have just done the work as quickly as possible and charged us for it. Honesty goes a long, long way these days and was greatly appreciated. Tom also found some other minor repairs that we could use on the exterior stucco / front steps and did them free of charge. His crew was very polite and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. All said I would 100% recommend him.
