Plumbing
From Day 1 Vince was a HUGE PROBLEM!!!! Due to him not showing up when scheduled or not showing up at all, 90% of the job was not completed. I was told job would be completed by the date necessary for me to receive the rebate from PECO, He didn't show up to install heater on time & cost me the rebate from PECO (rebate for switching from oil to gas), & also, he promised me a high efficiency gas heater which he did NOT provide. This cost me an additional rebate from PECO. He would call at 8:30 a.m. & say he'd be at my home around 9 am. Most of the time he didn't bother to show & of course, didn't bother to call either! I can't tell you how much stress he caused me!!!!! On the few occasions he did show up, he was NEVER on time. One evening he actually showed up at my house at 8:30 pm. What is that all about? Of course, he was supposed to have been here first thing in the morning that day. On two separate occasions I got quite nasty with him, hoping he would get himself together & 'do the right thing'. Boy, was I wrong about that. Just this past week, (June 5, 2013 to be exact), he was supposed to come to my home & install the ejector pump for my basement bathroom. He called at 9 am & said he'd be here in approx. 1&1/2 hrs. & asked that I leave my basement door unlocked since I needed to leave around 2:15 pm for an appointment. This told me he wasn't going to be here when he was supposed to be. I got home @ 8 pm & found he hadn't been here all day - he has my cell no. as well as my home no., so there's no excuse! After approx. 5 mos.,of his crap I reached my boiling point. All of the no calls, no-shows, being 5-6 hrs. late when he did show, had been going on since Jan. of 2013; it's now June & job is not nearly completed!!! After a major melt-down on Wed. evening when I returned home, I fired him after quite a nasty conversation with the company who subcontracted him. The BEST advice I can give you is STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!! On a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being the best, this guy is a -10!!! . Please notice this is a MINUS 10. If you deal with him, you will definitely regret it!!!!!
