The Pond Guys

When they came out to the house in 2014 for the annual cleaning, they said I really didn't need the work to be done.  A month later I noticed the waterfall was dirty and I really DID need the cleaning, so I called many times with NO response. I thought they were done with me without explanation.
A week ago, close to spring of 2015, I received a postcard notifying me that it was time to have my annual cleaning.  I called twice.  No response.  What kind of business is this?

The crew showed up, cheerful and professional, started working at high speed, in between helped me load a truck building material saving me a lot of time and effort; the job was done well and in record time. The only minor problem I had was in initially getting hold of them to schedule the job. Once this was scheduled everything went like clockwork.

Work was poor delayed and incomplete. Provider was unresponsive to multiple contacts.

Their responsiveness to calls is terrible and their follow through on work is also poor.

came out for our scheduled pond closing. Trimmed all the plants, placed the heater, cleaned out the skimmer, placed the leaf net.

They came when they said they were coming and did all the work and they charge me very little and the water fall is fantastic.

The guys were great. They were creative, careful with our koi, and made sure we understood what they were doing at all times.
They worked quickly and efficiently, and made the new pond even better than the old one. They were careful to treat the koi and the landscape materials carefully, and were happy to do some extra tasks when asked (moving a small evergreen, etc.). They did a great job and we will absolutely use them again for pond care.
