It was an expensive one. It was 2 days for the appointment but that's because inspections are crazy here in PA then 1 day to do the repairs.

They really worked with me. Raphael is on top of things and very responsive. He is busy as heck but he always responds when you call. The sales person I had was terrific but they have someone there that is suppose to give you your car registration and I never got mine. I had to go to a place to get my own registration. I never heard from him and went there 3 times to get it, so I got it myself. That is the only negative I had there. Their managers are kinda laid back when you had a problem. It was like, once you bought the car, they didn't care. The sales person I had was really cool. He always returned calls if he was talking to someone. He was very energetic and very good. Yes, that was Raphael. They worked with me to put together the paperwork needed to get financing. There was another car I was looking at. I went online and wanted the least expensive car that would run without stopping. I have a daughter with a disability and I didn't want to get stuck with her in the car on the way to the hospital when I have to get her there. They suggested another car that fit her wheelchair. Everything was A, except for the registration guy.

You have to update your computer on your car now. Like you do your laptop. It forces you back to the dealer for things.The service was covered under the warranty, so the service was covered free of charge. If you don't have an warranty, you have to pay to update a computer update. I hadn't had a car in years. They found a way to get you back in here. Its a Chrysler, and I have to keep my eye on that car. I don't drive a whole lot. I work from home. Not even ten thousand miles on the car, and its a year old. To me that is a pain to have this issue. That is a Chrysler issue. The service department is terrific.They know I have an mother in the nursing home, and an disable daughter. They gave me an rental car. They just asked that I didn't drive to California. It was no smoking in the car. They were really sweet. I live in the area. They gave me the rental car, and work on my car to get it straight. I took them the rental car back, and it was no charge on my part. They didn't charge me for it. Under warranty, and they couldn't get to it that day. They kept it, and called me when they had it done. I had the rental car for over thirty six hours. I did like the rental car, except its smaller than mine. I couldn't fit a wheel chair in there. Its a Dodge Dart. Its a little car. Its a dangerous car. You could whip around real quickly. I have skepticism on my car. We have lemon laws. Those guys are great. They try to get you in and out quick.
