He has been doing it for years. He does smaller jobs and did a good job for me. He also has a son in the business. I would recommend him highly. He explained to me how it worked and he told me before what his estimate was for doing that. A lot of his price was for getting a truck there with the concrete at the right time. I was having to coordinate the pouring of the sidewalk because there was a gas line that went into the house under that sidewalk. I insisted that the gas company come out and look to see what we had and that we had in no way, shape or form done anything that was dangerous to the main pipe that went into the house. We were very conscientious about their approval before we started to pour concrete. The two concrete workers were amenable to waiting until the guy from the gas company came out to inspect what we wanted to do. He has been doing this for over 30 years and I would say I would find anybody better. He knows what he is doing. He did an excellent job and I get lots of positive comments about the sidewalk. I paid for a good job and I got it. He provided good quality. Everything that was done was done right. The end result was what I had in mind. He was very responsive and came several times to see the job. I explained what I thought were the issues or risks and how I was going to approach it. He was very professional.
