Patios Plus

The original proposal was $3000. He did most of the deck and replaced the fan on the roof. He told me at least four times that he would show up to complete the job, but didn't show up for two months. When asked for the reciepts for material and how much money was left, he said the money was exhausted, and he would finish the deck, but that was it. We argued by text and he finally said he was done with me. There was $4500 of mine in his account, he took it all. He left his ladder in my yard for months. I got sick of looking at it. he wanted it back, but didn't make it over to pick it up. Finally I told him to get his ladder or I would put it by the curb. He came by, called me a bunch of names and sped off with his ladder. He was dishonest, unprofessional, and treated my project as a side job. He never touched the heater or the sump pump.
