.Dan is EXCELLENT. He takes his time and listens and is very methodical with his work. My husband wanted the little window that sits at the top of the basement foundation framed out a certain way and Dan wasn't sure b/c he had did not have anything to reference what my husband was referring to and when it was done, my husband informed him that he was close but explained again and Dan took down framing and redid and it was perfect. The window he installed for us is perfect. It is the best functioning window I own in this house and there are 38 others. When he was done w/the hanging of the drywall, it was so smooth and perfect that I almost hated to wash, prime and paint it. If only the rest of my walls in my house could be this good. Put it this, the builder used 1" screws to hang the drywall.
I thought I was particular when it came to certain things but Dan is even more so. He would notice things that I didn't even pick up on and he would say that he either needed to fix & repair or take down and redo.
Dan is the ultimate contractor who actually stands behind his work and you know that you will always get quality with him!
