Kevin and his assistant called when they were delayed and showed up when they finished their other job. No problem! They cleaned the carpet in our family room and dining room, both of which had significant spots and traffic patterns. Furniture was carefully moved and replaced. We were extremely satisfied with their work and will definitely use them again. This was the second time we've hired them and we've recommended them to others. Great job!

We used to use them about 3 times a year, but since we got new carpets we haven’t needed them since. We spend about $160 on that service. We like that they just do a fantastic job.

We were happy with the whole house carpet cleaning as far as professionalism but not so happy when some of the spots reappears a few weeks later which we thought were gone.
