+ -1 moreWent very well. Fortunate to find great service through Full Service Investments. This is the kind of company I wish to see prosper in this industry. They care.
Description of Work: HVAC was not working well since October. Two other companies came to fix it and it was a headache! They did not deliver what they promised and does not return your calls. Full Service Investments came on board and identified the issues. Alex was prompt, courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concern about the cold weather and no heat. Despite his busy schedule he managed to obtain the parts and install it the same day. Alex cared about customer service. Definitely a reliable and dependable company!
