There were some minor delays due to weather and equipment for the outdoor job, but the work was done well. We had french drains and a dry well installed to combat a natural spring. Other landscapers did not solve the problem properly or sufficiently. I have not seen a single drop of water on the surface since and the slow trickle that used to form at the corner of our house and run down the driveway is completely gone. The price seemed right in the average cost range for this type of project. Very responsive after initial request.

Sometimes when you get a quote from a company do you think it is just too good to be true. This was one of those instances but it was very true. These guys are the very best of the best; Young, energetic and professional

A legit 70 French Drain for less than a 1/4 of the price of the highest bidder...They tapped right into my downspouts and saved me a ton of money on a longer drain...Nice solid crew!

Erik and Charles were both great! I had posted in a Facebook group that I was having terrible water problems and I was getting several feet of water in my garage and basement. Erik outreached to me with interest in tackling my project. They came out to the house and they were friendly and professional and gave expert opinions. They quoted me a very fair price well below the larger companies which was a win! They kept open communication with me on the projects and were flexible with scheduling. They installed a large French drain/leach bed system in my backyard to hopefully catch a good amount of the water coming into my home. They also installed a drain on the outside or my garage and on the inside of the grave which leads to a sump pump just incase any more water sneaks in. I m eager to see their hard work in action! They were prompt and eager to take care of my needs. They were easy to deal with and very flexible which I appreciate. Erik and Charles did a stellar job and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for waterproofing services! Thank you guys!

Basically they were supposed to do work and needed to collect payment before work was to start. Showed up late, not on time and does not follow process. I signed a contract. All I am trying to get is my project finished and Erick is not responding and I would like to find common ground. After the job is all done in professional manner, I would like to update my review accordingly.

In addition to a quick response to my initial inquiry, Erik was able to come the following day to service my sump pump. I even received a text telling me that his first job was taking a little longer and he would be about an hour later than he originally planned. I also received an immediate reply to a follow-up question I had after the work was completed. I was very impressed with Erik and would recommend him to anyone needing waterproofing or sump pump services.

Erik installed two French drains to help manage the waterproofing in my garage and finished basement. He had been responsive to all communications, was through in his explanation of the with needed,and completed the work in a timely manner. Additionally, the price was terrific and the work was high quality and cleaned up! I would highly recommend!

E.Rose construction contacted me when I made a post on a local Facebook group looking for recommendations for someone to install french drains at my property. I was hesitant because I already had an outrageous quote from one of the "bigger guys" in the industry, but proceeded to have them come out and get a free estimate. Not only were they MUCH cheaper than the local competition, they also went above to accommodate my schedule. In the end, I opted to have an outdoor and indoor french drain installed, as I sit at the bottom of a hill that just feeds my property every rain storm. The day of, they crew arrived on time and took me around and explained exactly what they were going to do and immediately went to work. They would grab me periodically to show me their progress or ask my opinion if they came across something. Work quality was excellent and above expectations, you can tell these guys take pride in getting the job done right. It's been a good few months since they did the work and its holding up great, and all my water issues have been solved. I would recommend these guys a thousand times over.

The team was very professional! They did the job in 2 days and did an awesome job. Also they gave a free estimate with their professional opinion prior to us hiring them. When they first came for the estimate, there was no push or shove to hire them. I highly recommend them and save your time and money by hiring them over a big box store!
