I purchased a new heat pump and I complained of the noise and it used twice as much electricity and had problems with it year after year finally they drop me as a customer It was a brand new trane unit which I paid a lot of money porter over $8000 they could not fix the problem so they told me it was my problem and drop me so I went to another company purchased a unit and this one works fine and my electricity is way back down to where it should be I spent thousands of dollars in electricity and Thomas would not even help me

Jeff, the manager, took our service call at 9 a.m. and made arrangements for Brigham to come to the house as soon as he could. Brigham showed up promptly and isolated the problem within two and a half hours of the service call. He looked at the entire system and said he'd call in to have the sales team give us a proposal. He also answered all of our questions and passed on our concerns and desires. Jeff had a proposal ready later in the day and took a verbal approval from us to initiate the equipment order. He worked with the warehouse to expedite delivery to the shop and scheduled us for the earliest possible time. On installation day, Brigham was back and began pulling the old unit components. Randy showed up with the new components just as Brigham finished the tear out. One guy worked outside installing the heat pump while the other worked inside on the air handler. They joined the two components and tried to fire up the system only to discover the wire between the thermostat (on the ground floor at one end of the house) and the air handler (in the basement at the other end) was bad. They had to figure a way to run a new wire, which was made more difficult because the basement is finished with sheetrock. They explored the crawlspace and discovered a cold air return that they could fish the wire through and quickly got the system running. Randy and Brigham cleaned up their small mess including vacuuming areas where a little debris had fallen. The whole job took about 5 hours start to finish. Everybody that we worked with at the company listened to us and made us feel like they really cared more about doing a good job than making a buck. The 3 ton Trane system they recommended and installed is quiet and works like a charm! I've already recommended Thomas to co-workers.

The quality of the product was great. So was the skill and efficiency of the installers. The price was excellent. They were prompt and quick about their work.
