After having dealt with a few companies on getting quotes etc I was relieved to speak to Dawn Rush.  She was very familiar with the project at hand since Patrick was doing many similar jobs in the township.  Dawn took the time to explain each step, what would take place/handled and how things would be priced.  Patrick himself came to the house to double check measurements etc and let me know the approximate date of start.  Pricing was a bit lower than other companies AND quote information was much more detailed.  Dawn called the Friday before to let me now job would start on Monday.  Patrick and crew were at the house right as scheduled and I feel he did a very good job of keeping informed on each step.  Afterwards they cleared away the debris, extra dirt etc and cleared sidewalks of any debris.  Very professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

The job went very well.  The work was done in one day, the price was reasonable and there was no extra charge for a problem they came across. He said they don't operate that way.  My only minor complaint was that the vent pipe above ground is a little tilted to the side. And his helper left 2 inch screws holding the cap on when 3/4" was enough.  It looked half-a**ed.  I replaced them myself.  There was significant settling in the trench.  I suggest waiting 6 months before doing any finish landscaping.  But still, I would hire them again.

Patrick's work is golden. He really does everything _right_. We had him put in a new half-bath, a new tub and he completely reworked the plumbing in our main bath, which involved jackhammering our house's slab as the plumbing was under it. He's also replaced our water heater.

He does superb work. However, the bad part of that is that he is really, really hard to get hold of as he is so busy. If you have a complete emergency, he will come over right away, but if you're limping by, you may wait several weeks for him. The main bath reworking (which also involved our kitchen sink and dishwasher), for example, took four months to finish, during which we were using a laundry sink and inconveniently placed toilet for all our water needs. This may not have been totally his fault as he had to get an inspector out, but it took him so long to come back and reinstall the toilet that we finally paid Lowe's to do it instead.

I'm also not thrilled with the quality of the appliances he installs. However, I'm sure that if you bought your own appliance, he'd install that too, so that's partially our fault.

Still, we've always been very pleased with his work. I am looking for another plumber, but that's _only_ because there's such a wait for his services.
