Anders Carpets

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the price. We had gotten 4 different quotes for the job, and Anders was the most reasonable of the 4. They have a wide variety of products to choose from. They were able to schedule the work in a timely manner, and arrived as scheduled. We had one person for the carpeting and a different person for the kitchen floor. They each had their area of expertise. Both of them were meticulous and careful. They took their time and did the job right. Both of our floors look fabulous and we have had many complements on them. We were so pleased with them, that we recommended them to a friend. She wanted a specific type of kitchen tile that Anders did not carry, but they were very happy to order it for her since it was what she really wanted. They installed the floor in a large kitchen/laundry/powder room area, and had a new family room carpeting put in also. They called to thank us for recommending Anders to them, because they said the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Anders is very knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, conscientious, and takes pride in their work! Definitely a 5 star company!

Family room carpet was installed on a separate day of kitchen tile. Installers came and moved furniture, removed old carpet and added an additional row of carpet nailers along perimeter of room. The installation went perfectly, the seam is undetectable. In addition they made carpet runners for the hallway and door area to help keep new care clean. What was great about the runners is they bound the edges so no fraying, they look very nice. They job took about 6 hours.
The kitchen floor was done the following Monday, this was a three day job. Initially the installer (Daryl-owner) was going to put a compound down on floor to level out. After a little time decided he was not happy with that method so he removed the vinyl and started from bare floor. This took him additional time for which I was not charged additional for.
He installed the tile in 11/2 days and used the remaining time to grout and put everything back together. When he reinstalled the floor molding he sealed the nail holes, I'm sorry nobody takes the time to do that!! Daryl was a perfectionist during the installation and the final result shows.
In closing our experience from step one to finish was top shelf. I would highly recommend Anders Carpet if you are looking for a professional, competitive and satisfying job well done

Anders Carpets was competitive with two other suppliers we considered. We quickly learned to trust their advice and guidance in selecting materials for renovating our kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms. Anders did a superior job installing two flooring to carpet transitions, and replacing a small section of damaged carpet. The carpet was repaired so well that the fix can not be seen, even if one knows where to look.

AFTER THEY WERE 1 HR LATE, THEY DID COME AND GET TO WORK. THEY REMOVED THE OLD MATTE WHICH I HAD TRIED TO REMOVE WITH LITTLE TO NO EFFORT, THEN THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET AND TOOK ALL THE MESS WITH THEM.

THEY WERE NOT THE BEST PRICE, BUT WERE HONEST AND RELIABLE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND CLEANED UP WHEN FINISHED.

ANDERS CARPET WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH OUR SELECTION. WE LOOKED AT SAMPLES AT SEVERAL STORES AND THEY STEERED US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE. ANDERS CAME TO OUR HOME, PROVIDED A FREE ESTIMATE AND HAD CARPET INSTALLED WITHIN ONLY A FEW WEEKS OF OUR INITIAL INTEREST. WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT AND EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND POLITE.
