All skylights leaked two units weren't installed with proper roof pitch and leak continually. New vinyl replacement windows when Installed Didn't make use of backer rod and caulk was Used to fill large voids which quickly collapsed causing severe Air leaks and water leaks Chimney flashing and cricket not installed resulting in bad leaks And rotted sheathing around chimney Radiant heating system installed improperly with domestic water Mixed with radiant hot water heat This system leaked leaked in basement Causing property damage in basement and under wood floor Kitchen slab on grade expansion not installed With proper insulation and without ample drainage outside Kitchen slab only left 4" above grade Resulting in flood waters coming into wood floor in Kitchen

Well at least they got the year built right. The project was completed in early 2003. Everything I do comes with a 100% unconditional labor warranty, all inclusive, no exceptions, and I was never contacted about a problem of any type. The job at [address removed] did involve plumbing and window replacement but we did not do either one of those, so that really isn't relevant. The customer used her owned subs for those parts of the project. I did do the two attic skylights but the roof is a 9 which is plenty of pitch, so that makes no sense. What I really don't get is why they didn't leak right away. I admit I do not know how long my customer lived there, but I have done hundreds of skylights without a problem. I did do the kitchen, the bathrooms, the staircase to the attic, all of the woodwork and finish carpentry, and flooring. This person forgot to complain about those. The customer used her own plaster guy and painters. Reviews you can trust? Hardly.
