 + 0 morePrompt, polite and clean. Returned calls and stayed on top of job. Price a bit higher than estimate but we had extra work that wasn't apparent when first quoted.
Description of Work: Replaced shower, repaired walls in bathroom and living room. Replaced huge sewer pipes in basement and several other things I can't enumerate.

 + 0 moreA customer highly refered him from Angie's List, which I later joined. Tom came out, and was very easy to deal with. He gave us a quote right away and stuck to it religiously from start to finish. We are very pleased and will have him do our hall bath as soon as we pick out tile.
Description of Work: Tom did all the tile-work in my master bathroom. I provided the tile and he created a lovely custom tile shower with radiant hot water walls, and floors... I did the radiant plumbing and he installed the plumbing fixtures.

 + 0 moreTHIS FATHER AND SON DUO HAS WORKED FOR ME IN THE PAST AND THIS TIME AND OTHER TIMES THEY HAVE ALWAYS KNOWN EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING, HAVE BEEN EFFICIENT, HAVE CLEANED UP WELL, AND HAVE BEEN REASONABLY PRICED, ALTHOUGH THIS MOST RECENT WORK HAS BEEN AS A SUBCONTRACTOR.
Description of Work: RE-DID VIRTUALLY ALL THE HEATING DUCTS IN THE HOUSE, MOVED THE REGISTERS AND COLD AIR RETURN TO MAXIMIZE EFFICIENCY, MOVED THE THERMOSTAT, UPDATED THE WATER LINES IN THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE AND MORE.
